Blackfish Tog Fishing - Why Do I fish in the Shallow? 1 Jig 2 Fish!

Several sub had asked me why I fish in the shallow or the same spot? It has to do with the water temperature and where the fish might be at certain time of the year. Shallow water fishing means warmer water vs deeper water means colder water usually 50 degree or less.
