now THAT’S roughing it roughing it. v impressed. out of curiosity though, what’s the wildlife situation up there? where i’m from we have to watch for snakes, coyote, hogs and even the rare lion so an open shelter like that wouldn’t really work here.
Thank you!! There's really no "dangerous" wildlife in Wisconsin. As for poisonous animals, we do have rattlesnakes but those are kind of rare. We have coyotes but those aren't going to harm you lol as for larger animals, Black Bears live here and Wolves have been re-introduced but those aren't really a concern. Mountain Lions have been seen on trail cams but never attack anyone. But animal attacks have happened! As a rule of thumb, as long as you are being smart and respecting dangerous wildlife, you should be just fine.
