Yup I too was bulking and lifting for over 4 years and came across his channel just over a year ago . we're not sure if we agree with that. desires also a brought to live from conditioning, your environment and life experience more than from wisdom. however wisdom, more so knowledge can give direction to desires. ultimately the practice of yoga teaches us to let go of worldly desires.
Just wow. I'm 190lbs and my energy not flowing through my body the same after a pinged nerve and so much muscle and strength lost which led to So much weakness, weight loss and even hip/pelvis tilts. Im working my way up slowly hopefully it helps. This does seem exactly the type of core yoga and routine i need as i couldn't get through it but watching you was simply amazing. I got work to do. Been doing it everyday for almost 2 weeks now and it’s definitely still hard. I struggle every time, but my form is much cleaner than it used to be. Thanks for the sick workout!! Now time to do a pulse workout 👍🏻❤️🥵
Thanks Flo for this workout. You're right it gets easier, this is the 9th day I did it, and it's so good to see the progress I made. I don't know if this is a good tip or no, but I've started doing a 10-count child's pose between the planks, which makes me able to hold as long as Flo says to. Ofcourse the intention is to shorten and then eliminate the break eventually, but at this point it helps me do the workout without constantly falling out.

That was pretty exciting for me. Didn’t hold out much hope! I’ve been doing your classes for around 8 months now and I really felt the strength difference! I failed going straight into the elbow plank pose keeping knees up but got back up to finish the 30 secs! 💪🏽💃🏼🙏🙏🙏
I love how whenever I come back to this video, if I've been neglecting my core training a little, your workout highlights it immediately. Super humbling! When I was chilling in the top-of-the -feet plank this time, I found that there was a pretty negative, persistent voice in my head. Do you have any recommendations for dealing with some seemingly-impulsive negative self-talk during a session? I tried to focus on more deliberately breathe, but I almost felt like my in/exhales had an angry quality to them!
Thankyou so much for this! Was trying some of your older videos as I had to skip these when I was starting. This one actually felt really really nice! Especially when I am not really able to do my full practice since a last few days. Was a little bit surprised while following along as I am used to 45-60 min range of classes and I had prepared myself mentally for a longer stretch of class.
