      Same here! Although I did feel strong before getting into his stuff I felt there was a “missing link” that stopped me from truly feeling fit. Doing his classes just once per weekly and doing core work after my workouts has my body feeling better than it’s been for ages :)

      Yup I too was bulking and lifting for over 4 years and came across his channel just over a year ago . I was always missing something and would never chop the last bit of my body fat and reveal my Damn abs ! Now after doing his classes consistently along with Pilates I have finally achieved my lean body! And am a huge yogi now

      we're not sure if we agree with that. desires also a brought to live from conditioning, your environment and life experience more than from wisdom. however wisdom, more so knowledge can give direction to desires. ultimately the practice of yoga teaches us to let go of worldly desires.

    Just wow. I'm 190lbs and my energy not flowing through my body the same after a pinged nerve and so much muscle and strength lost which led to So much weakness, weight loss and even hip/pelvis tilts. Im working my way up slowly hopefully it helps. This does seem exactly the type of core yoga and routine i need as i couldn't get through it but watching you was simply amazing. I got work to do.

    Y’all are probably my favorite yogi vloggers just recently I saw one of your videos and it said that y’all used to live in San Francisco I’m from the east bay and It made me a little happy sad that you are now traveling the world when I could have gone to one of your classes while you were in the Bay Area.     Thanks Flo for this workout. You're right it gets easier, this is the 9th day I did it, and it's so good to see the progress I made. I don't know if this is a good tip or no, but I've started doing a 10-count child's pose between the planks, which makes me able to hold as long as Flo says to. Ofcourse the intention is to shorten and then eliminate the break eventually, but at this point it helps me do the workout without constantly falling out.

Three weeks ago I wasn't even able to get through the first two exercises, now I can do the whole video all the way through except for being on the tops of the feet for the planks.     This is awesome! Been at it for about a week now and I can do the second half without a break but still struggling a bit with the first half, those low boat rocks are killer.
    I'm doing this right after 40 minutes of power yoga though so maybe that's contributing! Either way, thanks for the awesome videos.

    I’ve been doing this workout 5-6 days per week for about a month and I feel like my core is as strong as an oak tree. I think it’s time to switch up to a different version of your core workouts since I’m getting good at this one!

    I love how whenever I come back to this video, if I've been neglecting my core training a little, your workout highlights it immediately. Super humbling! When I was chilling in the top-of-the -feet plank this time, I found that there was a pretty negative, persistent voice in my head. Do you have any recommendations for dealing with some seemingly-impulsive negative self-talk during a session? I tried to focus on more deliberately breathe, but I almost felt like my in/exhales had an angry quality to them!

    Thankyou so much for this! Was trying some of your older videos as I had to skip these when I was starting. This one actually felt really really nice! Especially when I am not really able to do my full practice since a last few days. Was a little bit surprised while following along as I am used to 45-60 min range of classes and I had prepared myself mentally for a longer stretch of class. It’s amazing how fast time passes when you’re enjoying isn’t it?!
