Been doing some of these exercises for a couple of weeks now with the right diet, I lose 2.5kg and noticed my post natal belly is getting smaller and toned…yayyy 🎉 . It become my my morning routine now, love it.💪🏻😍

Great routine! I do this routine daily and it has really helped with my back pain. Well done! I have added in lateral leg raises for my hips. Also, I do the bridge with a belt at my knees so I can push outward while bridging. That helps with my SI joint pain.

Actually, could you make a core workout video with only challenging moves? I really need to strengthen my core ASAP (due to my lower spine issue) so I'd love a 10-minute workout with just the hardest, most intense exercises.

Since March 2023 I have been struggling with a stiff and painful lower back. I can no longer do the workout that I did before injuring my lower vertebrae, as soon as I try and do any form of low aerobics the next day I can hardly stand up straight and the pain is unbearable and it takes a couple of weeks for it to heal but as soon as I try any form of aerobics it trigger's pain off again. I shall try out this complete core strength workout and see if it helps me. I think I have always taken my back for granted, but not now.
Can I do these everyday or is it best to take a rest day in between? My back and shoulders are TIGHT so I couldnt do some properly but I tried and thinking it will get easier 🙂 oh and side plank was a challenge, I did them on my knees instead 🙃🙏🏼
Tells me you're pulling with your hamstrings instead of pushing with your glutes, @wurzel9671! Try to keep the hamstrings relaxed at the knee and try to use your butt to push up towards the ceiling. I hope they help you! Thanks for commenting.
