Advanced Power Yoga for Incredible Strength | Breathe and Flow Yoga

  • This is a strong and advanced 30 minute Breathe and Flow power yoga class for strength. As you know our classes are always on the stronger side but in this one we're stepping it up a bit. This is based on vinyasa flow yoga, so you're still connecting your breath to the movements as well as going through a nicely connected sequence but don't be fooled, it is going to be hard. Power yoga or power flow yoga describes this better, however within even that style there are many differences. This is basically the level Flo is practicing at every day so we hope that you enjoy this strong class just as much as Flo did recording it. We're both working hard together in this video! If you thought that yoga is for flexibility then give this a try. Or if you're coming from the yoga for men videos, you'll also enjoy this one.     Decided to do this as a "rest day" workout. Might need another "rest day" tomorrow as well. Great video. Cheers.

    This was the first Breathe and Flow class I ever did, about 6 months ago, and I was falling all over, taking many breaks, and sore for 2 days after. Now after a few months of following your videos consistently this was still challenging but I took no breaks, never fell, and felt stronger and more in control through it all! It's so great to feel the progress. Love your channel!!

    OMG, hardest 22 min class ever. But man feels incredible. Squeezes stress out of the body like wringing water out of a towel. Thank you Flo.

    I was looking for an hour-long flow but I was intuitively pulled to this. I said to myself, this is one of the hardest flows I've ever done. I will be coming to back to this one for strength over and over again. This has definitely tested my edges and this is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks again!

    This is an all rep yoga-based strength routine and I gotta admit: I was shocked I enjoyed it as much as I did (I normally do crossfit-type workouts as I generally find slower workouts to be a mental challenge for me - the more I'm gasping for breath, the less I'm feeling the time and the reverse holds true as well)! In fact, I liked it so much I went ahead and did another of his routines. It basically goes abs, upper, then glutes and it was creativity of the routine that kept it interesting for me - side plank to runner's lunge to Warrior 3 squats into pistols was both interesting and challenging. Routines like this are outside my norm so I'm really appreciative of it and am grateful you shared such a fun challenge - thanks!

    Over half a year of (nearly) daily yoga practice. Lots of pain disappeared and I really got stronger.

    Whoa!! Flow is one of the best athletes I've ever seen. He is super impressive and not even remotely arrogant, tried to keep up in this and did ok, great workout!

    i really wanted to share my gratitude to u 🙏 ive never felt this much of energy flow in my body throughout my life ❤️remembering my first day of this i took nearly 10-15 breaks in between with all determination now im verymuch close to the speed that you are doing and im totally enjoying everything in this whole session May God the all mighty or the universe give absolute joy and pleasure to all the people who try to get fit🙏❤️
