  • From a recent Medicine Conference post-Keynote Speech Q&A
    Question - why do you recommend raw foods for hyper-nourishment instead of cooked?
    Simplest answer: RESULTS. We do what works best, and the results speak for themselves.
    Hyper-nourishment is our protocol for disease reversal that optimizes cellular repair and optimal immune function. The ingredients for hyper-nourishment must be consumed uncooked to deliver those unmatched results. Now, Not everyone needs to have a 100% raw diet to get healthy. And not every raw diet is a disease-reversal diet.
    In our Rapid Recovery programs that have helped over a thousand people reverse chronic diseases like autoimmune diseases in a matter of weeks, we use Pure (raw) hyper-nourishment is the most rapid way to get the fastest most profound results.
    The only exception that I don't mention in the video, is theoretically, if you are in a country where there is a lot of contamination in water and produce that makes it dangerous to consume raw foods, you might need some hot water or other intervention to make your food safe. That said, I have done this program with people on every continent with great success so that is a super rare and mostly hypothetical exception.
    Follow the results, not your hypotheses or your fears, and you will do great!

    Interesting video clip. I have a large greens, grains, and fruit smoothie every day. I soak wheat berries in my drinking water and later use those in my smoothies and chew on the rare ones that come up through my straw. I'm 66 and all my bloodwork comes back good. So far, so good. I do eat cooked beans, black forbidden rice, raw nuts, Ezekiel sprouted grain bread and a few other cooked foods. Coleslaw is my main salad. No meat, dairy or eggs for over 8 years, now.

    Raw vegetables are just so expensive. At least here in Denmark. I just can't afford it. 😔 And it's not because I spend loads of money on medicine or non-essential items...

      I personally experienced it when I visited 🇩🇰 last month .
      Wherever there is free health care there is much delay in getting timely care .

      Grow your own organic kale and bok choy. Even if you live in an apartment, you can put some big pots on your patio with organic container soil. It is very easy to grow. If you just pick a few leaves at a time the plant will grow for nine months of the year. Kale can survive freezing temperature below 10°F. Plenty of UA-cam videos show how to grow it. I grow all of my own kale and drink a blender full of smoothie every day of my life.

      I don't know if this is similar in Denmark, but in the USA cabbage is the cheapest vegetable, (cabbage is a cruciferous vegetable and is a healing vegetable and good for hyper-nourishing) and bananas are the cheapest fruit, so I use those for my smoothies and it costs so much less that way. I use 1 pound (16 ounces) of cabbage and 3 frozen bananas, 4 cups of water (32 ounces) and 4 tablespoons of flax or chia. I hope you find a way to do this, it's so worth it!!

    This video is about me. I confirmed this with Dr. Goldner. I didn't get better. I told her that my health issues got WORSE on this program. She KNOWS the program didn't work for me and made me sicker, but she didn't take this video down, even though I asked her to. So who knows if any of her "success story" videos are true.

      Jessica, Since you shared that this video is about you would really appreciate more info. Why were you doing Dr. Gardner's protocal (to reverse a specific health challenge(s), to lose weight, etc?) What and how much did you regularly consume per day? How long did you do it (# of days/weeks/months)? How did you determine that it did not work (no changes in: labs/ blood work, and/or how you felt/looked/weight)? Are you doing something else that is now working for you? If yes, can you share about that? Thank you.

      Don't trust everything she says. She has been caught lying about things, like the cause of death for Dr. Adkins. You have to do your own research and really find out what's true and what works for you. Don't blindly follow after anyone. I've Investigated her and believe her protocol works for most autoimmune patients, but she cannot be fully trusted.

      Well, the bottom line is she recovered from an illness that is considered incurable, and has helped what must be many hundreds by now with her protocol. She is a physician herself who cares deeply about helping people and she is speaking from her own experience. While a very few vegetables have nutrients made more bioavailable through cooking (carrots, tomatoes) , the application of heat actually destroys a significant amount of the nutrients in quite a few others.

    Raw vegetables=more oxalates, more phytates, more lectins, you may feel better because your body stores the oxalates the more you eat them, but someday those stores will be filled and you will be in a world of pain...

    • @dukington101
      @dukington101 Рік тому +1

      @@halfbakedmunky5566 wrong, wrong, VERY WRONG, all anti nutrients have something wrong with them, phytates, and lectins along with the others also tear your gut to pieces, they are the main cause of leaky gut, oxalates are literally like shards of glass, also all of those things bind with minerals, so how could they be beneficial in anyway besides limited use for blocking minerals that are too high in the body? There are literal phytate supplements and the sole purpose of them is to block mainly iron, they are used to lower the absorption of minerals, the anti cancer properties do not belong to them, they are anti cancer because having too much iron, copper, and a myriad of other nutrients leads to cancer, so anything that blocks these things could technically be called anti cancer, but too bad these are just a very small amount of the poisons and straight toxins you can find in raw vegetables, check out the literal natural form of cyanide that is present in broccoli... It's a literal form of cyanide... Time for nutty vegans to face it, plants are living creatures just like animals, and no living creature exists purely to be eaten, which means that all living beings want to live and defend either their lives, and or existence in their own different ways they are capable of... Plants defend themselves chemically, and these vegetables that are available now? they had to be manipulated over hundreds of years to lower the chemicals in them to the point that humans could even eat them, these things are not good, they are poisons.

      @dukington101 Рік тому +1

      @@halfbakedmunky5566 What science are you talking about? I am a kidney stone and failure survivor homie, you ain't telling me jack sh**t about oxalates, all long lived populations have not eaten oxalates, have you heard of the blue zones? They are definitely long lived and plants foods were historically a rarity for them, the blue zones have historically been carnivore, so were the Eskimo's and INuits, hmmm when did their health get destroyed again? I'm pretty sure after they were so nicely introduced to plant foods and also junk they lived happily, and healthily without for so long... And let's even venture out of cold climates, take a look at the African tribes that still live like there ancestors did eons ago, if you do, you will notice a minority of vegetables in their diet, not a single fatty you can see their well at least among the men... You need to at least name whatever carnivore population you are referring to, because you just came out with a bunch of lies kiddo, you are telling me to read science but making false claims at the same time... Back to the point, at hand, how can an anti nutrient be inherently healthy? that makes no sense, anti nutrients start off with one of two things, they either bind with your minerals in the gut so you can't absorb them, or once in your body, they bind with minerals and metals there, which they latch onto organs, joints, blood vessels, it's anti nutrients from plants that make it easier for minerals such as calcium, iron, copper, zinc, etc to be where they shouldn't be, and also when they are bound to these plant chemicals they are completely useless in the body for their normal functions, think about it... Due to anti nutrients you can and will overdose on some mineral or another, and you will show signs of being deficient even thought you literally have far too much of said mineral in your body, you should do some research before you make anymore claims because the claims you already made are elementary, and false...
