I was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year. Then almost a year later I was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer. I wondered if there was a connection. I did Ige and (Iga, I think that’s right) allergy tests. I was allergic to dairy and not gluten. My thyroid hormone levels have been in the acceptable range. I can’t believe how confusing it is to figure out how to improve osteoporosis.

Cortisol is more destructive to bones and brain tissue than high blood sugar. Cortisol kicks in when blood sugar is low, so keep blood sugar stable. Eat carbs in every meal, and a little before bed like a small amount of raw honey to keep blood sugar up during the night. Sleep issues are often caused by low blood sugar because cortisol raises.

I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis at the age of 50. Now i am 53. I had Menounos at the age of 43. I was aware of anything about health. I didn't know about stress. But i had a stressful life. Doctor gave me prolia 3 times. Though i never want to live on any medication. I desperately want to exit from this drug. Now they want to give me zolendronic acid solution to stop prolia.
I eat healthy, do exercise. Please advise me how can I do it.
