I would like to see if someone come up with a specific plan for someone that doesnt take pharmaceuticals. A diet, exercose and supplement program and how often to check the markers.

I would LOVE to know how to get the treatment spoken of… seriously. I have Keiser insurance. After bone density came back, I waited a week, but I did not hear from my doctor. When I texted her, her response was “take Fosamax. Let me know”- that’s it.! 5 words. When I texted her back to get a time to talk to her, she set up a time twice, but never phoned me. This is medical care today. ‘Work with your doctor’??? 😂😂😂
I asked for a reference to get skin checked after 2 skin cancers removed. She said “they don’t like to do that” and said she would check my moles. She didn’t. On her way out of the room. I asked her to check a mole on my back she looked down the neck of my shirt and said it was fine, but the mole was under my bra, so I don’t understand how she saw it! Lol x-ray vision? Perhaps!
I spend my days doing research and building my own plan of treatment. This level of care talked about is either imaginary or so expensive as to be unreachable. Plus I live in an area with extremely limited care..unless you travel a 2 hours to seek out help.
How do you get care for this condition? There are not specialists, oddly enough.
I sound negative..I know… but reality is SHOCKING. I never thought I would be so defeated by a system.

I had that experience years ago with a bone scan. Because I didn't want to take their drug they were rude to me. If I were you I would take all the supplements especially the D. Do a weight bearing program get the two tests that he recommends and make your own program. I found Kaiser to be worthless on just about everything. There's more up to date information on UA-cam anyway.

I had some basil cell on my face that they diagnosed and they wanted to do Moe's surgery. One was at the tip of my nose and I didn't want any Dr from Kaiser doing surgery on my nose so I opted to do the medicine that you put on your face to trigger your immune system and it worked. That was over 10 years ago and I haven't had any reoccurrence. My current health care allows me to get a skin check every year.

@@sandyweaver6686 sorry..just seeing this response.. but I am curious as to which cream you used to trigger your immune system?
I got a new doctor who referred me to dermatologist-My skin cancers have been squamous cell.. The MOHS went well on my nose.. got plastic surgery etc and is healing. The cancer was deeper than originally thought. They suggested using the chemo cream originally, but I wanted it over with so opted for surgery. Glad I did.
But I tend to get these cancers and would really like to know what you used to help! I’d love to avoid more issues!

This video was good w/helpful basic info. Chronic corticosteroid use, ie prednisone is a common OP risk factor. Most MDs in videos on it don’t cover or just confirm it is, say take calcium, look at bone drugs or stop steroids. All lack detailed facts or advice (ideally w/images to make it easier. With Addison’s/ primary adrenal insufficiency (vs fatigue) just stopping isn’t an option or prob if on longterm. Most bone loss in first 6 mths due to rapid Ca depletion and other factors incl parathyroid. Def a complex subject but needed. Some studies say at 5mg or less min risk but others say risk at any dose. Thx 🙏 Edit: Forteo?

As I have re flux would I be affected by having Zoledronic acid 5mg/100ml infusion.? I think it would be difficult to get ctx tests done as I live in Cyprus but I will ask my GP. Thank you so much to hear about this with just finding out this week my Osteoporosis diagnosis at 70. I don't know my numbers, but my Endocrinologist strongly said to me to just take the Prolia...as I asked about the literature she then said she wouldn't read it because it's crap! She has rarely done any bloodwork. I'm Diabetic Autoimmune still, even after a Gastic Bypass several years ago. Been on long term insulin until given Ozempic long term, but only once a week instead of 4 injections a day. A full body scan shows a high calcium score! Im still fit and was planning to train to walk in a charity run 5k soon? I can add weights, heard about a chest vest... Was looking at Algeacal supplement. All RXs scare me. My Mother is bent over on a walker but she still drives at 92. We tried to get her to use an upright walker and go back to doing Yoga class. Her & my Dad's longevity is impressive, but their cognitive thinking is quickly deminishing. So, now I deal with the stress of not just helping them, but loosing them soon.
    I feel fabulous when
I eat a high meat diet with low carb veggies., including dairy and fermented foods such as Kefir, Organic saurkraut, farm eggs, etc. I'm just going to have to listen to this summary of your suggestions again & agsin with pen in hand. I would not be able to read your book with stable cataracts & the beginning of slipping retinas. 😢 Maybe I can order your book to loan to my Dr!!! Praying to educate myself quickly. Thank you to this UA-cam post too! 😊

Have you had your parathyroid levels checked? My mum has hyperparathyroidism which means one of her 4 parathyroid glands is faulty. These glands are responsible for putting calcium in your bones. She was tested for this because her blood calcium levels were higher than normal. Indicating a problem with the parathyroid putting the calcium in the blood. Hope that makes sense - Google if not. Good luck.
Sorry just read your comment again - I assumed your calcium was high in your blood but maybe I’ve read that wrong and you are saying you have a high score in your bones.
