I did two sheet pan meals last week and I absolutely love the concept of cooking everything together. May I suggest putting down a layer of parchment paper on the pan and cooking it on that. Almost no cleanup!

The Kiolbassa Sausage plant is three blocks from where I work. We have a warehouse across the street from them. The smells that come out of there are fantastic! They also make great bacon.
I made this (your recipe) tonight for Dinner. I added cauliflower which was still a bit too crunchy at 30 minutes, so had to go to 45 minutes. I liked it. Mom loved it. Dad didn't give his opinion but he ate a whole plate of it. Thanks for the recipe and new idea for dinners!

My husband may have pre diabetes so iv been looking for low carb low sugar meals for him but let me tell you im so busy with work and 3 kids that to spend so much time in the kitchen is a no. This looks amazing . Kids will eat the sausage not veggies but this will work on harder days where I'm starving when I get home from work.
Sheet pan meals are the best! Those also make really good campfire meals. Just throw everything in a packet of tin foil and throw it over the fire. So yummy!

Nice! Made a sheet pan meal the other day, included cherry tomatoes with the same little peppers, it made an awesome saucy dish. Gotta say, almost as simple, tonight made roasted chicken provencal from the NYT and though it’s a tiny bit more prep, it’s the best tasting easy roasted meal i’ve ever had. Has a little flour, so there’s that. Not much tho. Peeling shallots & garlic was the hardest part. Anyway, for folks not concerned about a bit of flour (I totally get it if you are) it’s incredible.
We often get that sausage at our CostCo and LOVE it.....there is a garlic one that is fantastic. This is such a great idea to add to my "recipe box" . Can't wait to try it!

Oooh this sounds good! I bet it would be great with potatoes and Reindeer sausage! Although the potatoes might make it a little bit more on the carbs.

We're more of a crockpot dump-and-go couple. Same thing, but dump it all in the crockpot in the morning and let the house smell good all day.
