I make a sheet pan meal with Italian sausage, red & yellow peppers, baby red potatoes and yellow onions mixed with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Now I am going to use this fabulous combination of veggies with the sausage. It looks amazing!

Could you slice up the sausages into large chunks before roasting? Seems like the flavor from them would be better distributed that way
