Hello my beautiful family hope you are all having a blessed and beautiful day! Enjoy another easy and delicious recipe! Seriously the best of the best, after you make it at home you will never go back to store bought 😜 enjoy it!!!!!
I'd like to make a recommendation, you might want to consider changing up your gloves. I've been using the vinyl ones from the health section of Wal-Mart or a drug store for years and would never go back to the plastic. They fit my hands a lot better and things usually don't stick to them or if something does end up sticking it scrapes off easily.
I tagged you on IG. I made your Birria. Only thing missing was the ginger. Please give a like if you can. Thank you and this is another recipe I will try soon.
I cook chorizo and set it to the side, then cube potatoes, fry them, add onion jalapeños and the chorizo back in, then pour over a couple of eggs and scramble it all together. Makes the best breakfast tacos. Top with the salsa of your choice!!!!
Biggest difference with your homemade version, like 1/10th the amount of grease you get from store bought. Dare I say a healthier chorizo? Great video! 😄
Just made this using ground pork. Amazing recipe Claudia! Doesn’t smell like much at FIRST, but after a couple hours in the fridge and wow, the best smelling Chorizo ever. Looks so much better than store packaged. Will cook in a few days!!
Because of you I think I'm going to invest in a stand mixer with all the attachments so I can continue to make delicious food at home. This looks so good and less fat using a great cut of meat! I'm so glad I found your channel! Thank you for sharing these recipes and may you continue to stay blessed 👏
This recipe is tried and true, and I'm glad I gave it a shot before being disappointed by others, as it's reminiscent of the ones sold at carnicerias in southern California. I do wish this recipe would've been on her cookbook (which I own).
Wow, & wow!!!… by far my favorite food, and to think I almost didn’t watch the video because I thought it was going to be pork! And then, you knocked it out of the park, with rib-eye steak! Thank you, so very much for sharing. I must have this recipe.
I'm so happy to learn all your recipes, i feel as you are my sister teaching me. Keep it up Claudia, i always tell my husband "now the taste test" and then he knows
I tried this recipe but there was no way I was going to waste a ribeye like that. I used store bought hamburger and ground pork , mixed it together then added the spice ...... I swear I will never buy store bought Chorizo again. This is the best. I use it for breakfast burriots with eggs, fried potatoes, mix it in with ricce and and my enchilladas sauce. You can use chorizo for anything. ..... I live it glad I found this video.
Always love all your videos...... RIBEYE Chorizo... that's a tall order🤠... (I'm told if you get the meat very cold first... it will grind better and clean up easier.)
I grew up with chorizo always as an added flavor to eggs, beans, potato, mainly as a breakfast food. I could never eat it as a main dish it was always too much for me, but I will definitely try your recipe as I have tried many other of your recipe's and they are all great.
Omg such an amazing and simple recipes. I made your chorizo recipe with exact propotional measurement for 1lb of ground pork. My husband was really impressed. He says it tastes exactly like we had at Mexico and authentic Mexican resturant in US. I always thought I cant make chorizo at home. I had thought it was a complex process of smoking and ageing the meat . But this recipe is remarkable. All the ingridents were available at home except the Chiles and oregano, which i found easily at a Mexican grocery store. Thank you for the recipe. Can you share storage tips? How long it can it last?
Looks good...I've made chorizo and stuffed it in sausage casings. Just a tip, put the meat in the freezer until it's about half frozen, it grinds alot easier.
Hello my Muneca face, this is on time I just told my husband that I really didn't want to buy chorizo from the store anymore or a sausage either because there's just too many products that go in there that's processed and I don't like processed food so here you come with this wonderful recipe for chorizo girl you are a dream come true you are dreaming to look at and I love you so much God bless you and Luis and the family and I hope you're staying icy cold up there in that heat loving you all the way out here from Northern California your girl OG take care and stay safe mija🎊🎊🧨🧨🧨🧨💞💞💞🌮🌮🌮🌯🌯🌯 yummilicious

@cookingconclaudia I have some questions for you. Was it hard for you to adjust from cooking with electric to cooking with gas? Were your cooking times the same or different? Can't wait to see where your new journey takes you. Love your videos hun. I wish nothing but the best for you and your family. May God continue to bless you and your family 🥰

How do you come up with so many recipe ideas? It blows my mind!!! All delicious!
I think you should market a Chorizo Making kit with all of the spices included. I think it would sell out ✌ The consumer just add meat and water. 👩🍳
Definitely would buy it 👍

I would buy it too! Been wanting the grinder attachment to my kitchen aid now I'm definitely getting it.

Biggest difference with your homemade version, like 1/10th the amount of grease you get from store bought. Dare I say a healthier chorizo? Great video! 😄
