The thing I love about street tacos in California, AZ, NM, TX, FL, NY, etc, besides the amazing taste, is the fact they they put as much steak in 1 taco as Chipotle gives you for their entire bowl or burrito.

Arnie, I made the tacos. They were amazing!!! I got a chuck roast and cut it into very small pieces. Added avocado oil, salt, pepper and a little onion powder. Cooked some onions and bell pepper in a cast iron skillet. Set them aside and then cooked the meat (little at a time) on the skillet. NO potato but I did make charro beans and Rice. Delicious!!❤❤

I'm commenting from my other channel, the one used just for leaving comments and I've been on your street taco kick since Sunday. I grilled some skirt steak, prawns, and jumbo shrimp along with corn on the cob. Blackened the corn and cut it off the cob. Just FYI, I vacuum sealed the seafood immediately after it cooled off and good thing because I only just finished the steak. Now, I have shrimp and prawn tacos to look forward to. I've watched other recipes and they require a blender, and just too much work. You sir have THE BEST street taco recipe and I guarantee I could sell my tacos they are THAT good.

I am from the valley born and raised, and I tell you what, qc market/ la hacienda (I forget what the current name is) in San Marcos has the best bistec I ever had! They said there's a marinade of mojo and onion followed by steak seasoning and beer to finish. Loved the video! Just need salsa Verde de serrano! Now I'm hungry in bed lol
Here in SE Arizona, some taco trucks offer a pico de gallo style salsa also, sometimes with jalapenos, sometimes with serranos. Sometimes they use flour tortillas too. Sonoran food is a little different than your style, but I've tried your style cooking and love it too.
I live in chandler arizona I have never been to a taco shop where I've said. Oh, man, that tastes so good I have to come back... What taco shop do you recommend?
@@vanessaquihuis1658 I don't know about in your area. I'm in Sierra Vista and we have a couple places and a couple of taco trucks that have some pretty good food. Check around, you might have something good there.
