Hi Claudia thank you so much for the birria recipe it looks superb delicious god bless you and your wonderful family and keep given us more delicious taste recipes to come
I like your chanel but I never understand what I have to buy to make the recipes I wish you write on the side when doing the videos the ingredients your putting on 😔
Thank you I love your recipe had to change the peppercorn to white pepper and instead of vinegar I use white cooking wine and it so so delicious. And I add some other ingredients guess its❤ not your recipe it’s mines.
It was my first time making birria and I followed this recipe because it looked best and IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT. My dads an honest critic and he enjoyed it as well! Thank you so much for the detailed instructions :)
I love this young lady she is so classy so so sweet and I love that she just doesn't throw food around and scream at the camera just very lady like very classy and her recipes are amazing I've made them many times and she is fantastic 😊 thank you Claudia😊😋
I just made this recipe this past weekend and the flavor was spot on to what I’m used to getting at local restaurants here in San Diego. The only thing I did different was let it simmer on low all afternoon till the meat started to fall apart on its own. The tacos came out 🔥🔥🔥
Girl!!!!! I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for this delicious recipe!!! I did everything step by step and it came out absolutely delicious! I always come to your page for any recipe! I want your cookbook so bad ☺️ this makes a lot and there was no leftovers 😮❤thank you!!!
i’ve been using your birria recipe since your first birria video and my family still loves it til this day. i made birria egg rolls with this birria recipe and they were a game changer. found the idea on tik tok 🔥
Omg Claudia that looks so good . I should of payed attention to my mom when she used to make birria . That's one of my favorite foods my mom used to make . ❤️❤️
I made this recipe this weekend! My first time making birria and I really had to trust the process!!! When I blended everything together it smelled strong with herbs but when it cooked down in the pot it was perfect!!!!!! Thank you !
This is the best birria recipe I’ve made that has the best flavor! So many others fall flat and the consommé is so bland. Thank you for sharing all your recipes with us ❤
I had birria tacos for the first time at a restaurant and was hooked so I looked up how to make them. Not one person makes them the same as another. I used the preppy chefs recipe today and the meat was so good. I need a little practice getting the tacos right but I'm pretty proud of how my birria came out. Yum.
I love the recipe from 2 years ago! This one is definitely to the point but for those that want a little more in depth there’s another not linked. Same ingredients but less chiles due to less meat (no rib) I’m making it today again 😋👌🏼
Thankyou so much!!! Such an amazing dish! I made this dish two nights ago, altough I did increase the amount of ingredients on the Oregano and Tyme. I also did half new Mexico Chilies and half Califorina Chilies. But still amazing. This is the best I have had. So much flaver in the sauce. My entire family of 6 loved it and we had four of our good friends have dinner with us and they were amazed by the flavors... I will be following you for sure. Thankyou Claudia.
I love how much goodness you stuff into those beautiful tacos. Love that you are also braising short ribs along with chuck. I can’t believe the cost of meat right now. Waiting for a sale.
Mujer you have the best birria recipe 👌 my family loves when I make it! My husband wants some tonight for dinner and I just might try this one we love ur recipes thanks for sharing!! Stay blessed
Mmmmm super delicious!!!! Never had this but definitely am trying it out. Again I love learning new recipes! Thanks alot for sharing this with me Claudia ❤️ love you bunches!!!!
My friend just told me about these!! And I am sooooo excited to make them!! I know my family will love them!! She told me this is traditionally made with goat- and we happen to have some goat meat- so I am going to make ours with it!!
@@trashtalker-oz8vo I did!!! Soooo good!! TY!! (I ate mine more as a soup/stew type thing/ using the consume/sauce as a soup base and I add a 1/2 of a chopped avocado on top- YUM!)but my family likes them the traditional way you made them here!! Both ways are scrumptious!!
I made this recipe a few weeks ago. I will be making it again for Super Bowl Sunday. The only difference I strained the chili sauce before adding it into the pot of meat so it was completely smooth. It was delicious!! Thanks for sharing the recipe!!
About to go to Vallarta to get all of the ingredients for this. I've been ordering from the taco spot too much and thought I should try making it myself. I'm so excited!
I made this tonight and it was fabulous. Another marvelous recipe. Thank you, Claudia. The only problem I had was the tacos were too soft dipping them in the birria, then frying them. How can I avoid this?
Hola Claudia I Just subscribed to your UA-cam channel I saw the video title and I thought it was the only thing in english and I started watching the video and I couldn’t believe that it was in english…I do speak spanish but I prefer english because in spanish depending on where they come from they have a different names for anything ( spices , ingredients, etc) Gracias Claudia I hope one day I will be able to cook for my family (wife and two sons) I’m recovering from a stroke and I’m learning about everything… is like therapy for my brain…Gracias for sharing!!! My wife is making sopes and the smell is like is coming from your kitchen 😄😁See you in the next video!!!👋😃👋
Made this today and my family LOVED it!! they are a tough crowd to please. Thank you!!! I love your recipes. I made your Instapot tamales last weekend and they did not disappoint. I ordered your cookbook and can hardly wait for it to arrive :)
This is going to be awesome when I make it. So much of what you make reminds me of my step grandma, she was from Jalisco and she could cook birria so good I couldn't stop eating it. I like how you just go for it when it's time to do the taste test, I was drooling looking at those tacos.
Hola Claudia ma’am!! I saw the video and I remember I watched but I wanted to see how delicious is the recipe and let me tell you that when you were making the adobo and then when it was ready and you were about to get the meat out of the pot Immediately reminded me of “mole de Hoya”I’m not sure if you know that but it’s like “ caldo de Res” but red cause of the roasted chiles 🌶 in the recipe I know you can nailed it deliciously I’m impressed with your level of cooking skills… keep it up!!👋😊👋😊👋Saludos!!!
I love you Claudia....i watch all your posts and i took your cooking all the way to the Philippines...and the philippinos there love the food....gracias again
I have never made birria in my life, but I know how to follow directions lol. I bought our meat at the Carniceria, I had trouble cutting the short ribs so if you get them at the Carniceria have them cut them for you. I knew I found the right one bc even the lady checking me out knew about cooking with claudia lol. Let me just say not only was this the best birria I have ever had but even the construction workers that were working on the house next door loved it so much they put up sheet rock in our basement for free. They were out state and from Mexico, so the pressure was on, and they loved it.
I am making this right now, smells AMAZING! 😊 will be done in about 30 minutes. Thank you for the great recipes. Next week, chili Verde (from scratch, your recipe)
So I have both pasilla negro Chile pods and chile ancho. Which one do you suggest to add ? On the description says chile pasilla but on the voiceover you said chile ancho. Is there a difference in both ? Lol I’m new to this. Thank you. I want to make it today♥️
This looks absolutely divine wow!!!! I am so excited to have found your channel! I feel like you’re about to teach me so much ❤❤❤ thank you for making these videos
Thank you Claudia for the recipe. I have made it many times. It is sooo good and has great flavor as is. I enjoy making the quesabirria but my fav is Birria Ramen. Delicious. Thank you!
I used your recipe to make food for my hubby and my suegros and they loved it !! Love going to your channel to find recipes. You make them so easy to make and so delicious! Thank you! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 first time making birria and it came out so yummy!
Mija, you need your own network TV cooking channel. And if you have the time, keep doing your show in Spanish. Seriously, you have super star potential. You’ll be discovered 😎
I'm very hungry now, so I guess that means this was a fabulous video!! Lemon is new to me with birria, usually I use lime. I'll have to give the lemon a try next time. Thx fir the video.
Hi Claudia. FYI, you didn't list the bay leaves in the ingredient list. 🥺 Also, do you just leave them in the meat or do you try to get them out before serving?
This recipe looks super easy, my daughter said she could even do it by her self. Haber si es cierto alrato la pongo a cosinar. She is 12 and she does help me a lot in the kitchen so I think I will have a day off pretty soon.

Hey love I have a question. How many Chiles of each would you recommend for someone that doesn't really eat chile?
I like your chanel but I never understand what I have to buy to make the recipes I wish you write on the side when doing the videos the ingredients your putting on 😔

Did you also add the cinnamon sticks to the blender?
@@J2theZillayes blend everything together. A tip don't add too much cinnamon. Just a tiny bit goes far.

Omg! I made this for the first time on Christmas. My family could not get over how good it was.!!! Thank you, Claudia
Did you take the tomatoes out?? Because she doesn't say to take them out or leave them in. Curious what you did

This recipe is AS good as the best birria tacos I’ve ever had.
