Girl, I made your recipe for my hubbys’ birthday and let me tell you. That was the first time I ever made it & there where NO left over! Thank you for your excellent recipes. 🙏
I love this young lady she is so classy so so sweet and I love that she just doesn't throw food around and scream at the camera just very lady like very classy and her recipes are amazing I've made them many times and she is fantastic 😊 thank you Claudia😊😋
I’ve been trying out popular UA-camr methods to for birria tacos for the past couple of weeks. So far, yours and Joshua Weissman’s have been the absolute best! At this point, whichever recipe you choose, you are guaranteed to enjoy a phenomenal meal. I do have to say, unless you have the strongest of willpower; beware, there is no way you can eat less than 15 of these tacos.
I loved this recipe! but I also used the 123 method using a product called insta-birria by el sabor products. If you look them up on google they should pop up. Their flavor is out of this world! its easy and simple. just add water, sauce and meat. I loved both recipes but insta-birria had a flavor that just blew my mind. so flavourful. I love my birria.
Made this yesterday for my mom and boyfriend. They all loved it! I loved it! I just cut everything in half of what she used since I only needed half the serving. Also you can definitely feel the punch of heat at first but as it boils it reduces. However if you don’t want any kick I would suggest leaving out the chile de árbol. I used two and even with that it packed a small kick. Definitely recommend this recipe!
I just made this recipe this past weekend and the flavor was spot on to what I’m used to getting at local restaurants here in San Diego. The only thing I did different was let it simmer on low all afternoon till the meat started to fall apart on its own. The tacos came out 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! 🙏🏼 My mom passed away this year and i’ve been living in another state far from family and friends and this reminded me so much of her and the last christmas we spent making birria🩷 i should of listened when she use to tell me to come in the kitchen.. life happens.. God bless you sweetheart 💖

I never had Birria before but the pictures online were giving me such a craving. I decided to try this recipe over a year ago, and my family and I have been obsessed ever since. Thank you for putting this amazing recipe out. I’ve tried your rice and bean recipe and they were great too!
Hi Claudia, just to,let you know that I made this recipe. I cut I your recipe in two. It turned out super delicious. I encourage people to try it. It may look like a lot of ingredients but it is stuff we have already in our pantry. All I had to buy was the meat. I actually have to confess that in three weeks I have made it twice. No left overs. Thank you for sharing your recipes. Btw, Made your macha horchata twice as well.
Omg Claudia that looks so good . I should of payed attention to my mom when she used to make birria . That's one of my favorite foods my mom used to make . ❤️❤️

I made this recipe this weekend! My first time making birria and I really had to trust the process!!! When I blended everything together it smelled strong with herbs but when it cooked down in the pot it was perfect!!!!!! Thank you !
Thankyou so much!!! Such an amazing dish! I made this dish two nights ago, altough I did increase the amount of ingredients on the Oregano and Tyme. I also did half new Mexico Chilies and half Califorina Chilies. But still amazing. This is the best I have had. So much flaver in the sauce. My entire family of 6 loved it and we had four of our good friends have dinner with us and they were amazed by the flavors... I will be following you for sure. Thankyou Claudia.
I made this birria for my dad's birthday and he loved it. The whole fam did! Now they want me to make it for a gender reveal party 😅 The only thing missing was the ginger for me since I didn't have it at home. Thank you for this delicious recipe 🤤
I had birria tacos for the first time at a restaurant and was hooked so I looked up how to make them. Not one person makes them the same as another. I used the preppy chefs recipe today and the meat was so good. I need a little practice getting the tacos right but I'm pretty proud of how my birria came out. Yum.
I love how much goodness you stuff into those beautiful tacos. Love that you are also braising short ribs along with chuck. I can’t believe the cost of meat right now. Waiting for a sale.
I just made this recipe tonight and O.M.G. IT WAS THE BEST THING I HAVE EATEN AS A MEXICAN!!!!! 10/10 loved it and my Irish-Italian boyfriend loved it too!!! ☺️🥰🥰
