      No it is not that much good. He talks too much and people click and watch because they love weight loss videos. Who the hell is gonna tell me if I am normal lazy or super lazy? And this guy is not telling about his recovery. Bhai jeh to bata, itna gym tu karta tha, how much u slept? And what the hell is liquid diet? Why he does not tell what he exacly drank? He was desperate and lost weight with his cousin and other people. Few of them going to Gym since years. So he was supported by multiple people. Then he had wife/mummy at home cooking for him and doing all house work. All this things MATTER

    When I started this video, after watching the length of the video I thought who will watch so long video! But let me tell you I watched full video... And it's so motivational... I am also on weight loss and fitness process in 28 days Allhamdulillah I have loose 6 Kg, my Target is to loose 20 kg. After watching you I am more confident now that within 3 months I will achieve my Target, and I will also not change my routine of excercise and diet. Due to lost of consistency I could not achieve my goal... Still thinking everyday to restart it again by my self... Let's see when I would start... I haven't give up...     I don’t usually comment on videos but this is too good for me to only a leave a like and subscribe. This is an appreciation post. You’ve recorded your journey in a very natural and honest way. It was indeed an unusually long transformation video but I managed to watch it entirely in parts. Quite informative and something us Pakistanis can relate too. UA-cam is full of angraiz transformation videos sharing their gora diet plans which are alien to our people. Good contribution to UA-cam.

    I enjoy doing elliptical trainer. I burn atleast 500 cal for 45 min workout. It is very tiring but enjoyable after the workout ends. Reduced 4 kg sofar in two weeks

    Motivating and detailed video. Totally loved it!!!! I have also started my weight loss journey at home from 82 kg and have reached 70 kgs in 4 months. I am still in the middle of my journey and my target weight is 48kgs. Answer to your giveaways:

    I have simple question for you. How much calories according to the apple watch you spend in a whole day? How much calorie deficit should women target in a day to reach 5 kg per month loss?

      Well, I would take the 2000 calories for women with a grain of salt. All bodies are different and are at different BMR ( Basal Metabolism Rate ). I would say be on the side of caution and consider your BMR to be 1700-1800 instead of 2000 cals. This will help you lose faster and if you don't you can always assume your BMR to be 200 cals lower. Instead of a target weight, consider target shape which will be very helpful in tracking your progress. Weight is a very misleading number sometimes you are just losing water and muscle mass instead of fat !!

    While very appreciable. Your weight loss is inspiring but your scientific facts are totally wrong. Protein has no role in dissolution of fat. It builds muscle. Fat deposits are because of insulin resistance. Reduction in carbs intake, giving up on sugar and high carb staples like wheat, rice etc will help in insulin efficiency and body use of fat as source of energy instead of carbs will reduce insulin resistance. In my opinion dietary changes should be implemented first and after a month exercise should be started. Reducing eating window to 2 times in 8 hours and fasting 16 hours will speed up the process. Have been there, done that and kept it off forever. This is my life now.

    Lots of medical/fitness science facts are not correct (bounce causing fat to turn to liquid, and out as water😅this is not correct, ur fat is released from body as mostly co2, and u breath it out, and other ways,) most fat burning happens out of the gym (unless ur running for hours 😅😂) and is a very complex process. In the gym u need to focus on building muscle, stamina, strength etc. But very good video showing the progress.🌹

    No doubt you have a lot of determination and dedication however a lot of things u are preaching is not factual and most people will not be able to follow ur footsteps.. there are much easier and sustainable ways to lose fat and personally i will recommend people to take this as a motivational video rather then a factual one

    Bro that's almost the same plan I followed to loose weight by doing proper research!! 😃 I can relate. My weight was 88 & my ideal weight is 68 & now I am around 68. But I followed a slow process (8 Months) Probably!!

    I have never watched such a long video in my career on fat loss/weight loss video ..but I watched yours
    Extremely motivating sir..I am 90 kgs today I will target 75-78 kgs before december and come and comment here
    The trick is increase weights.. or number of exercises and salad + chicken only ..no rice ..no sugar

    I recently lost 15kgs, i have been fit for all my life but let it go due to office life and an accident which left my right arm broken. But in the November of 2021 i decided to start working out again. You're transformation is amazing, you have practically removed a whole human being from inside you. If I got your help when I also started my journy, also In the month of MAY. You and me started at same time. I also came from 107 to 70. While watching your video I also relate myself (when you jumped on footstep while running ) this happened with me also.

    Amazing Video Bro - I have lost 90 LB Since Nov 2020 Alhumdulillah - I agree, its little changes that goes long way - i started with walking as well and when i saw result, incorporated diet and strenghth training. Main thing is to NOT GIVE UP - missed a day, , no problem, go the next day - Ate a cake, no problem, live a little ALWAYS - Just keep consistent and Changes will come Inshallah.

      No it is not that much good. He talks too much and people click and watch because they love weight loss videos. Who the hell is gonna tell me if I am normal lazy or super lazy? And this guy is not telling about his recovery. Bhai jeh to bata, itna gym tu karta tha, how much u slept? And what the hell is liquid diet? Why he does not tell what he exacly drank? He was desperate and lost weight with his cousin and other people. Few of them going to Gym since years. So he was supported by multiple people. Then he had wife/mummy at home cooking for him and doing all house work. All this things MATTER.

    Weight loss is not about the calories you take in daily and how much you burn, rather it's a very complicated mechanism which depends up dozen of other factors.A specific diet plan and exercises may work for one individual but not necessarily work for other because our genotype is differ from each others.the most important thing in weight loss journey is your metabolic status means how much your insulin resistance or sensitive .
    If you're insulin resistant or prediabetic or diabetic it's very very difficult to loos weight no matter how little you eat daily more important what you eat daily and how many times you eat.
    If you're gaining weight it sure you have insulin resistance up to some extent otherwise your body never demand more food than required because our body is very intelligent.
    Successful weight loss can be achieved by following things
    1. Decrease frequency of eating because every time you eat you spike insulin and insulin is a fat storing harmon .
    2.try to eat more trans fat and protein rather than carbs, because eating fat has no effects on insulin secretion and protein has moderate effects and carbohydrates simply spike insulin secretion.3. prolonged water fasting for 24 hours or more had a profound effects on both insulin resistance and weight loss by ketosis ie using fats as a fuel
    4.exercise especially slow walking for long distance burn most clories than running and gym.
    In summary exercises contribute to 10 percent effectiveness in weight loss,you diet contributes 40 percent and decrease frequency of eating that is fasting contributes 50 percent of weight loss.
    If you do all the three steps together in proper way with a good knowledge than weight loss is very simple and if you quit even one of the steps weight loss is still possible but very slow and difficult.

    i am in the lazy person i know i can reduce weight only in one month after running now i am around 80 i have to reduce 10 kg i did 8 year ago but now each year i do only for just one are two day so many exucses
