      That's awesome, I'm seeing little physical changes ( my health was and isn't the best) and i'm able to do more than I ever was. What keeps me doing it is it has really helped me mentally that to me is better than physical right now. :)

    17 year old male.

    70kg, 155lbs.

    14 inch arms, cold. (Same size as my calf's, lol)
    42 inch chest.
    48 inch shoulders.
    28 inch waist.
    Been going to the gym for 3 months and I think I'll go for the rest of my life (really enjoy lifting and watching bodybuilding videos). Might not be that impressive but I recently did 7 reps with 45lbs on each side (flat bench)

    in 16, 170lbs 5'9" and I'm 4-5%bf I've been working out for a few years now but nothing insanely heavy I still am the biggest and heaviest lifter on my wrestling team but for wrestling I have to cut weight so that's mainly why my bf is so low and why I'm so cut, do you have any tips for me so I can stay built but cut weight as well?

    One thing I have always been confused about that I would love confirmed, is the weight itself. How much weight should I be putting on to grow properly? As well, how long should I wait until moving up weight so that I can grow? I'm trying to put on a little bit of size while keeping lean, I would love to be at around 170 of lean, quick, but strong muscle.

    I lost about 60lbs of fat. Probably lost muscle mass too because I was at 215lbs, and then I moved a few months ago and I was pretty lazy for about a month and a half. However the weight loss joruney has been a slow process (2-3 years) because I never did cardio, until last week. I can see my abs for the first time in my life. Although, I'm at a weird "dad bod" stage. I started watching your videos at the beginning of my journey. Your videos have taught me a lot of new exercises, and now I know enough of them to not do the same routine for months.

    5’9 1/2 between 175 to 178lbs was 191 last year (Jan thru March). Athletic I think for my form. 21 years old. I still can’t get abs I think I’m at 18% body fat which I was last told. But gained more muscle after October. Have a goo day day 🤞🏽
