biggest tip i can give is: don't cut, start bulking and THEN cut the fat. a lot of skinny fat people think you gotta get rid of the fat first but that will just waste your time and you'll be skinny.
You can also get omegas from sunflower seeds and nuts. Pumpkin seeds are high in protein. And yes, yogurt is a sort of glue. Dairy protein (casein) is used to make industrial glue is also mixed with latex to make condoms.

Quick question, how does tuna compare nutritionally with salmon. Salmon is way pricier, so just wanted to check. Also, the almond butter I'm iffy on. If you don't have problems meeting the calorie count, it's not a very efficient food. But that's it, everything else is on point.

Food preparation is difficult when we train and make gains, in the gym, while working so many hours in a week, some may say but I enjoy it. I wish people would think about how they cook their food more. Cooking food properly is key in the culinary world. When cooking, let's say salmon, you want to try and avoid over cooking it. Just like your body, you want to time your nutrients at the right time. With any food you want to release all those nutrients properly while cooking it and not cook all the nutrients out. . . Also farm tilapia causes inflammation of the joints bc of these grow factors.

If it be possible grow your own veggies , even if your a city dweller you can grow some veggies indoor fairly easy , spinach and arugula are 2 that grow fast and require little energy to produce .
