      You can see kevin in one of his previous videos, Name of the video is Bradley and Mike Mezzoti hitting the Meca at 13:51 you can see kevin in the Background trying to grab his camera, and if you watch a bit longer you can see kevin recording with the camera in the mirror while Bradley is jumping up to grab the cord.

      biggest tip i can give is: don't cut, start bulking and THEN cut the fat. a lot of skinny fat people think you gotta get rid of the fat first but that will just waste your time and you'll be skinny.

      Get muscle first and focus all effort on strength. Cutting is a gear user word to describe using test to maintain muscle on a starvation diet.

    You can also get omegas from sunflower seeds and nuts. Pumpkin seeds are high in protein.
    And yes, yogurt is a sort of glue. Dairy protein (casein) is used to make industrial glue is also mixed with latex to make condoms.

    Quick question, how does tuna compare nutritionally with salmon. Salmon is way pricier, so just wanted to check. Also, the almond butter I'm iffy on. If you don't have problems meeting the calorie count, it's not a very efficient food. But that's it, everything else is on point.

      +Thor Odinson There are so many half truths in this, I'm just gonna learn you a few things about human biology and chemistry.
      Being in a nitrogen surplus state just means that your body has enough of one of the key ingredients to create new muscle. This is because protein is the only of the three macro nutrients that requires nitrogen, and since muscles are made of protein, you need nitrogen to produce it.
      You cannot gain muscle unless your body has enough energy to synthesize new proteins. Energy only comes from calories, which only come from macro nutrients. However, people often don't understand that all 20 amino acids are required to form any protein. It's very important to be eating a variety of protein sources because you cannot get all your amino acids from any one source. A "clean" diet is not necessarily a good one.
      Overall though, your macros do matter. IIFYM is not a lie. You do need to be in a protein surplus (and therefore a nitrogen surplus) in order to build muscle. Your body also requires enough lipids, or fats, to assist in the protein folding process which allows proteins to function as muscle.

    Hey Bradley, I'm a chef! Always thought while making gains by lifting is only half of it and the other half is being a chef! Food preparation is difficult when we train and make gains, in the gym, while working so many hours in a week, some may say but I enjoy it. I wish people would think about how they cook their food more. Cooking food properly is key in the culinary world. When cooking, let's say salmon, you want to try and avoid over cooking it. Just like your body, you want to time your nutrients at the right time. With any food you want to release all those nutrients properly while cooking it and not cook all the nutrients out. . . Science!! I love this shit!

      robert glasgow most tilapia is farmed for low cost. They live in a pool with little room to even swim bc they are on top of each other. Growers feed them whatever cheapest and add large amounts of antibiotics to water bc fish are swimming in their own feces...so the fish meat absorbs cheat food, large amount of antibiotics and there for is not high in protein contain and omega 3. Also farm tilapia causes inflammation of the joints bc of these grow factors.

    How to cook quinoa into something you will like. First cook it exactly like rice 2 to 1 water boil then simmer. Cut up kale spinach cucumber green onion and your favourite colour of pepper. Put on different dressings that you like like lemon or sesame ginger or even just balsamic vinegar.

    I dont cook my quinoa , i just add it in my homemade protein shakes , made in my nutri- bullet . 8 oz milk , 8 oz water ,2 tblsp peanut butter , an half cup cottage cheese, or plain yogurt , an half cup quick oat , an half cup quinoa , 1 tsp coconut oil , or olive oil , 1 banana . Blend 30 seconds and guzzle . Protein , carbs , and calories . I have to say salmon is great ''' if ' its wild caught , not farm raised . If it be possible grow your own veggies , even if your a city dweller you can grow some veggies indoor fairly easy , spinach and arugula are 2 that grow fast and require little energy to produce . Great video .

    Try to prepare the greek yoghurt with chopped onion, sea salt, lime, olive oil, chopped serrando and/or habanero peppers, mix it and i bet you it’ll be your favorite thing in the world. Eat it with a toasted corn tortilla and add fresh mint. To toast the tortilla just heat them in a hot pan until right before they start burning

    Great video man. Learned a lot. I really really really need a video on how you cook quinoa. There are so many ways & it's easy to mess up. I love yogurt too. I put sliced almonds and grape nuts in mine and get it with honey. I have to put it in a bowl to restrict myself so I feel your pain.
