    Hi Tanya- if you are following the SIBO protocol just to share that I really think the poached eggs and not scrambled is the best way to go. I really like eggs!

      Hey there. No I’m not following SIBO or really any protocol. I like eggs too! However, I’m not a big poached egg fan. 🤷‍♀️

    The thing meat , it’s very important , how you cook it, never fry it , your basically contradicting the whole point in eating grass-fed/grassfinished beef. Frying the meat almost completely destroys all the minerals from it, always boil it along with organic coconut oil/ beef tallow and key limes most people don’t know this. Also never mix the meat with dairy while eating ,heck even in the same day , does not digest the same, butter is an exception (organic grass fed) but eggs are a no no.

    Great video. How about nuts? Are any acceptable?

      Great question. Many people make nuts a part of their ketogenic diet. However, I have cut them out for two reasons. The first one is that they have a high amount of compounds called Oxalates (and other plant anti-nutrients) that can build up in the body and cause problems. Secondly because they can be very easy to overeat! But of course it’s a personal choice and some people successfully include nuts in small amounts. 💕

      @@realTanyaPaceeat nuts with cheese cause it the calcium will balance out the oxalate
