So for any prison you can film from visitors parking lot or what are the do's and don't I been watching hing your videos and don't know much about auditing the prison
I could definitely see it with their demeanor and with the head honcho that was prior restraint in putting his hand in front of your camera in the state of California it's known as the Bane Act
“Anybody could say they are an independent journalist”
NOW YOU GET IT
"Um, you mean you're not a part of the state sponsored corporate media?? Time to be arrested!"
This is what tyrants actually believe.
Yes, anyone can be an independent journalist. You know why? Because the alternative would require some type of state licensure and that would mean we have a state-run media. You know, like Iran…
@@stevea3149 like Iran? You mean like the United States
The first amendment is clear, you have to have an official press pass from a news organization to be considered press because without that freedom of press could result in anti government media..OH WAIT thats not what it says at all whoops
"This so called journalist, where's your vehicle? Let me see your press pass! I bet your vehicle doesn't even say a news organization on it! You're not a journalist!" Sick tyrants
@@jonburrows2684 no we have other media but mainstream is definitely influenced by the state.
To all other police. Act like these cops and you will be ok.
Not "all police" will understand right off the bat that it's a 1st amendment auditor on YT.
@@yomommaahotoo264 Wether they understand it is irrelevant. Wether they want to learn about it is however important, and most dont. These two were curious enough to not act like a confident fool.
State property is public. The correction officers think their jurisdiction is to be all over.
Correctional officers are so ugly to people. I can’t even imagine how it would be to be inside.
most cops would respond, “is that a threat?”
We need about 100,000 more cops like this police officer. This guy understands he works for the public and has some respect. Nice job Sir.
We do have 100,000 more cops like that. But showing videos of the good don't get clicks so we only get to see the bad ones.
If they are treating a free man with a camera like that, imagine how they are treating the inmates, shameful behaviour
Just don't question them or you gets the stick Boss
The cops were being human. It was rather refreshing to see. Glad they backed you up. Need more of that !
Only because they suspected it was a 1st amendment auditor on YT.
Would've likely been different for an anonymous camera wielding person.
They have seen the UA-cam.. And some are researching the law themselves
Well too bad because the future is police robot k9's with guns strapped to their back whose only programed dialogue is "present papers please". And STILL wont have bodycams. Tv's will probably be cheaper though.
I second this great job by the local PD
@@yomommaahotoo264 well the nice thing about that is we are all 1st amendment auditors. Being an auditor is to know your rights

Serious props to that officer that was making his position clear -- he wanted you to affirmatively know you were not under detainment, and recognized you might feel uncomfortable with him so close.
Mad respect to that officer.
A GREAT officer he is !!! EVERY officer SHOULD converse with the public just like that. Earn respect, get respect.

Not so quick to praise them who knows what they talked about in the huddle until I see body cam O wont praise them
Those two cops are the good ones. They understand their oath.
That cop should train every cop in America
I worked Illinois Corrections for 30 years. One of the biggest things I saw is correctional employees thinking they had same authority as police officers. It was mind boggling.
My FIL worked 30 some years at the IL Corrections as a sergeant, retired now, he said "Do not trust ANYONE inside that facility. Not even the co workers." I asked him why? He replied, "They are like mean wolves in a sheep skin and they are not what you perceive them in a positive role model." For a long time, I couldn't figure it out and now I do.
Especially in Statesville
When a dog is born with sheep, the dog thinks it's a sheep too.
Doesn’t CCSO have authority over cook county jail?
They have a bully mentality!!
That one cop has to be the most educated, nicest and most respectful you've ever encountered. I applaud him!
Flippin cheese heads!
What’re you on aboot?
I agree
A+ for the cop, even the way he walked out of the car and up to Sean. No hand on his belt, no posture of intimidation….. just overall awesome.
What a righteous walk of honor. I wish all officers were as honorable as those two. That was refreshing. The outcome of this interaction is all possible because of Teflon Sean. SPR for president 2024???? He has my vote!
Those C.O's were very aggressive and they didn't know the Law, I wonder how many people they physically removed from that public parking lot. They enjoy violating civilians rights
"No, this isn't public property, it's state property" 🤣🤣🤣 the IGNORANCE is astounding!!
Same thing! 😮
Those officers did an absolutely incredible job especially the first one he deserves a lot of recognition
Thank you officer for being respectful and making citizen comfortable
The man child who became unhinged DOES NOT represent the people of Wisconsin. Thank God for the cop who came by and treated you with nothing but respect as a fellow human.
Just your prison guards
I imagine that this "security boss" has ruined a lot of inmates lives.
I see that they have the wrong people in charge and need to be corrected
He doesn't need to be a supervisor that's for sure. He needs to learn the constitution of the United States
For a second I thought he was gonna cry.
Yes, the inmates are the imprtant ones. Spoken like a true democrat. Champion of useless people.
And re-lives his high school football “career” nightly!
The smirk that guy had when he said no it’s state property, thinking that meant private was unreal 🤯
It just show how ignorant these tyrants really are!!
I called their Police Department today to commend both Officers
They treat a free citizen like that. Imagine how they treat inmates in there. Disgusting tyrants!
That police that you walked with was a wonderful person! He know what it takes to be a “peace officer”.
A lot of Corrections officers don't seem to understand they have no power outside of their institution. .
Keep at it, Sean!
Some of them have things to hide!! Lots of drugs and cell phones somehow got into all prisons
See comment below for proof
@Audit Buster as a certified boot licker, you must be awfully disappointed with the outcome of this video 😂
@Audit Buster its not their property first off, its the taxpayers that pay for all these facilities so owned by we the people !!
@Audit Buster
That explanes LIAs arrest ... oh wait !!!
The supervisor and director had the baIIs removed by Sean. If the inmates see this video, then they will lose any shred of respect they had.
Imagine how they treat the inmates. Thanks for Officers who know the law.
I can only imagine!!
The fact that so many people seem to legitimately not know that "state property" is "public property" is really an indictment of the public school systems across the United States.
People also confuse public property (parks/post offices) with publicly accessible (grocery stores/malls) when they are asked to leave stores they always try to argue is a public space and that they have the right to be there.
Public schools are horrible. Let's be real, after like 5th grade, schools don't teach anything that anyone will actually use in life. They should be teaching kids how to do taxes, build credit even though credit is designed to keep people in debt, how to invest money, but instead the keep people stupid.
Just because it’s “publicly funded” doesn’t give the people the right to access that property. You completely fail at understanding the 1A. Time, place, manner restrictions. All state property falls into four different categories. Traditional public forum, designated public forum, limited public forum and non-public forum. Jails and prisons are non-public forums automatically. Which has been recognized numerous times by the courts. The courts have also been very clear that rights can be limited and restricted based on an objectively reasonable narrowly tailored governmental interest. In this case, that would be a security issue. Just because tax dollars pay for something doesn’t give anyone a right to that property. Our tax dollars pay for police cruisers but I can’t just take one for a joy ride
@@AIexHernandezwell that’s because things become much more complicated when you are talking about a Quasi-public place. Because it’s viewed as a public place for certain things and retains private property ownership for others. It’s a very nuanced topic
The amount of contempt public servants have towards the public is just mind blowing....
I will narrow that down for you mate. It seems US public servants?

So I'll point them out for grooming our children into agreeing to sexual mutilation of their bodies through indoctrinating them into believing they are born in the wrong body. I never hear of them jumping in when a child says he's a dinosaur but as soon as they mistakenly refer to their gender, before they know it they're being mutilated by monsters who smile while they're cutting chunks of flesh from perfectly healthy children.
ETA, you may say not all but until they're screaming in the streets against the diabolical medical experiments being carried out on our kids then they are complicit by their silence to this atrocity.
It's obvious that these two officers have either received training or taken it upon themselves to get educated. Big props to them. Why it isn't mandatory for every law enforcement officer to receive constitutional training is beyond me. The conduct and professionalism of these two was a breath of fresh air, and should be showcased. I intend to contact their superiors and commend them. Highlight and recognize the good!
Training for what? Whyte men make up their own rules and do what they want lol it only matters if someone catches it on camera

This officer is the way it should be in America land of the free ❤.
One of the major issues with the correctional system in this country. Officers seem to think they have control over individuals other than inmates. If they abuse regular citizens outside the facility imagine how they treat those individuals inside the facility and entrusted to their care.
Oh they treat every inmate like a freaking animal. I would say treated like dogs, but dogs are treated better than people. He's lucky they didn't put hands on him
We need prison reform. A lot of crimes are non-violent. These people need to be reformed, given a skill set, and when they have fullfilled their sentence they can go back to society as productive or atleast given a chance to do better.
@@blueskydiscount That doesn't sound very profitable for for-profit prisons.

that IS the goal! and the reason why auditors like this exist. They HAVE made an impact as I am seeing more really EDUCATED cops that ARE our best and take their oath seriously. THESE 2 were EXACTLY what we need ALL of our cops to be. But sadly the vast majority are more like the 4 corrections "officers", stupid, egotistical, uneducated and violent/dangerous. They deserve to be IN prison more than 75% of the people there, I guarantee it. Especially that head punk. He had murder in his eyes and if auditor hadn't been so good, he would have ended up in the hospital or morgue or even just "disappearing".
I live about 1.5 hours from Oshkosh, and I’m honestly proud of these officers.
Kudos to the officer. He was absolutely respectful
This cop gets an A plus, I mean it's sad that cops just being friendly is rare, but a cop who understands the law is even rarer and I'm glad to see how professional he was
Both police officers did really well. Though I don't know what was said to the DoC guys inside, we can only presume that he behaved the same inside, because his behavior outside showed a calm and measured response.
LIA should've let the cop talk more instead of talking over him multiple times, since he was pleasant to listen to

Those security guards were atrocious. To behave that way in public is horrifying. I cant imagine what the inmates in that building are put through. Hopefully they learned something.
They need to be stern in there, otherwise it will create a dangerous situation. You can not be friends with inmates, it is the same in any authority situation, work, parenting if you do not keep up discipline you will be in trouble. They were very wrong in the outside, lack of education not malicious intent I believe.

I’m inclined to think that the officers response was not related a ton to the audit. The officer he spoke to first did mention he was being cautious about his approach to avoid being baited. As both officers spoke they seemed calm and relaxed. Not tense at all. I’m inclined to think they’re decent guys.
As far as the guards. You judge a society on how it handles its prisoners. If these guards are the good guys, and represent “the People” as employees of “the People”, then there is no reason for a prisoner to change.
Evil on someone else’s part does not require evil on my part.

We should all let the Oshkosh police know that they have a good officer! There are so many bad ones, that it might be good for police leadership hear positive reviews about the good ones. Then maybe those with be the ones who get promoted and maybe hearing this will encourage current leaders to promote simmilar behaviour.
I love how these people are willing humiliate themselves on camera. Gotta say, kudos to the responding cop. Great job.
And then tell you you don't have their permission to publish it
The voluntary humiliation is my second favorite part. My favorite part is knowing that the neighborhoods they've been intimidating for years are laughing at them.
Had it gone differently you know they would hunt this video and say “see, I handled that punk.”
I doubt they’ll do that now, but wouldn’t it be fun to be an acquaintance and say “hey, I found a video you might like.”
Or, “I thought you were ‘da man’ on that property.”
And after they do, they're all like, "I don't give my consent for you to post that". Too bad your consent isn't needed, clown! 🤡
What Bay Area transparency does when someone says he doesn’t have their permission to film them/post video. He says: Oh! Well can I have permission?” They always say “no.” Sometimes smugly and defiantly. He then says: “that’s ok I don’t need your permission anyways 😂.”
Once again, BRAVO to the police officers for their knowledge of the law, respect for other people and for remembering the oath they took.
Little guy in charge ran off fast when the law showed up to put him in his place.
Dude, I was a corrections officer. Our concerns were the INSIDE of the jail. they were a bunch of bed-wetters.

Thank you Sean for educating them doc officers and having them do the walk of shame! Thank you for putting Oshkosh WI on the map in your video! If I would of known you would be here, I would of been there to came to support you!
What a great officer! Descalates the situation and moreover, listens with respect and so much professionalism. Wish there were more officers like him!
Maybe they know him
@@ajingolk7716 Nope....you can tell by the first Officers accent that he's a local boy and I've been in Oshkosh and found pretty much everyone there to be open and friendly people. The assholes in the prison didn't sound like they were locals and likely came from some hellhole city where people do treat each other like trash. Good on the Oshkosh Police!!
@@recoilrob324more likely that those assholes should have been inmates themselves
@@recoilrob324- They sound like they’re probably from New York or somewhere around there.
I love that everybody gets to see their horrible behavior!
Whoever provided the training manual for this department should be responsible for the NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING GUIDE by which all officers should be trained. This was AMAZING!!! And the fact that the COs want to reach out to their attorneys is CRAZY work! They are pitiful! Fist bump to OshKosh PD 🤝🏾🤞🏾
You've served up some great content and good work. Power to the people and weed out the tyrants!
I am in Law Enforcement and I'm glad to see that other officers like myself are using these videos as training. The academies across the Nation should do a lot more Constitutional Law training. They should show some of these videos. The bad ones and the good ones.
It's definitely some good educational material. I've always said that if the police were to do a P.R. campaign that encouraged the public to exercise the rights that they have instead of putting out commercials that threaten the public over seat belts and other petty things it would be a good start to turn around the division that has grown between us.
You can always tell the people who haven't seen these videos and haven't been educated on the constitution. When they try to assert some bogus authority and act like tyrants, you know they've never seen one of Sean's videos and are going to make a fool out of themselves, and they end up doing the walk of shame. 😂 I'm glad you're not one of them! 😊
..Bet you will actually Help more than Harm citizens and pray you make it home safe each nite. Share your knowledge and smarts with fellow Officers and YOU may actually start a Movement !
I got pulled over recently for an expired tag. The officer was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful!!! I’m financially strapped and he pushed the due date out as far as he was legally allowed to. I really appreciated that.
The security director behavior is appalling and unprofessional. The fact he is in an administration position calls into question how and why he is a manager. Also, how poor is the judgement of those that put him as a manager.
The guy was even nervous... with a shaky voice and everything...
Imagine working on such facility and being nervous due to a guy with a camera....
I just called their security team and they threatened me with trespassed of I come on the property and record and that I need to stay on the road. They need to be audited again.
@@climbon3157 lol you cant be threatened with trespass if you have never been on their property. Thats not how it works. Besides, you cant trespass on MOST public property.
@@climbon3157 I hope you said you will be walking onto your property. State Property is your property. All of ours.
@@climbon3157 call their bluff and bring the cops with you!!!
You know Sean you did a great job . As usual. And respectfully those 2 officers did an awesome job. Proud to know that there are good officers out there. Thank you for not only doing a good job but showing us the good side of law enforcement. Stay safe out there dude
My gosh. I love your self control. That is one of many ways you are so successful. This is an older one.I watch all of your content.I keep coming up with ones I gave not seen. Excellent as always ! Thanks from WV❤

i laughed out loud - what a douche
And he "tried to be nice" about it while mansplaining from a position of superior and unquestionable authority don't cha know...

Yep, as is written in the first amendment.
Yeah but he milks it.
I'd figure if he says it enough times, eventually he'll become one
@@mattheweubanks6163 Imagine thinking you can milk our constitutional rights.
You either have them or you don't, there is no middle ground for you to wiggle into here in order to cast doubt on the constitution and the people who test it's current validity in America.
If you have a problem with that then all you have to do is petition two thirds of the states to repeal the first because of your butthurt over one man flexing our rights in the face of people who clearly don't respect them.

The Oshkosh PD is pretty chill. They deal with huge public events like the annual EAA Fly In where a few hundred thousand people show up to look at all kids of flying machines. New, old, civilian, military, commercial and experimental.
Glad you had a great encounter with the OPD, keep up the good work.
I am so happy to see officers actually doing their job in a respectful manner! Big Thumbs Up !!!!
Sean is like an auditing Terminator. He’s also reached a point of skill and knowledge that is too powerful for these government employees.
Nah, he's just demonstrating what the Peter principle is.
Agree with you, he is the best and most polite
@@22408aaron that makes no sense. He works for himself.

These guys boss Inmates around & believe they can boss the Public around However we the people know otherwise. Respect 👍👍👍
Imagine how these officers treat the inmates. Dreadful people. Police were superb.
Damn thats awesome! I lived in Oshkosh at the time of this audit. Almost worked for that facility, so glad I didn't. Keep up the good work!
I got to be honest with you that's the most respectful I've ever seen a cop towards Citizen in my life 💪👍👌
The story is always about how ignorant public employees can be.
Ignorant, stupid, brash, holier-than-thou, superior, accusatory, moronic, dumbfounded, angry, insulting, etc...
They make it so easy 😂😂💜
its a beautiful thing to see you are truely only out for justice and commend those who help! nice work again!!
Oh my gosh! Oshkosh officers pleasantly surprised me. Yay!!! (Much love from Racine, Wisconsin, Sean!)
Give a person a miniscule amount of authority and/or a badge and they lose their marbles. IF they had any to begin with
Dawn - YES !! Most people lose it when ANY power is given to them.
This is exactly how an audit should be done. The auditor was polite, yet firm. He calmly explained the law. And his target was a public building. He wasn’t bothering lowly clerks or a private business. Well done, sir.
Yep, Auditing America needs to sit down with pen and paperand watch this video!
I guess you haven’t seen all his videos….
@@drewl5276 I don’t know about this guy. But I’ve noticed that more and more auditors are just trying to provoke a reaction, as opposed to keeping an eye on public officials. They’ll film the inside of a library or stand outside a private business. They’re no better than a cop who gives someone a ticket for going one mile/hour over the speed limit. In both cases it’s legal yet disgusting behavior.
@@rogerr2796 I agree some auditors try to provoke for reactions. However, a library is a public, tax-funded location where any citizen has a right to be and therefore, a right to record, just like this one, or a police station, or a city hall, etc. So is a public sidewalk. It sounds like you are only approving when they audit where you think they should. Our populace is severely uneducated about their basic rights, so no matter where this is done there is an educational benefit for someone.
I think the fact that Sean is always polite but firm, and is willing to go the whole mile even to the point of getting arrested as part of civil disobedience makes him the truest auditor, he never surrenders his ID when he is legally not required to.
Officer Denor is a huge credit to OPD. That jail security director is a disgrace. And I called it; not one of them correctional guys in that bunch is a real man. Not one came back to shake your hand and apologize to say, “Hey man sorry for the misunderstanding. We were misinformed.” Cowards they.
Probably went back inside to beat up a dwarf inmate...
