      @@alliebell2474 amen to that my friend. I lived in Baton Rouge in 1980 working as a repo man for a furniture rental business. They had a deal worked out with the cops to allow us to just walk into anyone's house and repo whatever they had rented without having to worry about being arrested. It was owned by the "family" and I'm certain the business was being used to launder money.

    I just called, had to call 4-5 times, the key is to always get the id number of the operator. Eventually if you keep addressing them by their id number every time you call, then they’ll eventually do their job and transfer you.
    Sargent wasn’t happy. Oh well. A little reminder that they CAN do better. He didn’t want to hear it and tried to give me a number to call but said nope I’ll telling you, buh-bye and hung up.

      @@circletrack7538 This just happened over a year ago. And his reputation of challenging them in court is a fraud. He makes empty threat after empty threat, and he actually files suit a very small percentage of the time. I've seen his lawsuits. They are few and far between and he has yet to win even ONE on the merits under a First Amendment theory. Not even ONE. Despite the fact that cops actually do overstep their bounds quite often, Sean has yet to prevail, even once, on the merits. All he has is a few voluntary dismissals, a criminal conviction, a plea that let him do community service and apologize to the cop in writing to avoid fines and jail time, a lost appeal, a couple of less-than-nuisance-value settlements, and one preliminary injunction based on state law, where the judge actually schooled him and his lawyer about how their First Amendment argument was meritless.
      If he did file suit on this one, he'd lose badly. He might even get sanctioned. His claims are plainly frivolous. A courthouse is a nonpublic forum.
      This is not empty criticism. It's more than three decades of litigation experience that includes a lot of First Amendment cases, calling out the bullshit that gets his gullible followers arrested. Sean doesn't give a fuck if he inspires others to ruin their lives and reputations, as long as he can get more of those sweet, sweet clicks and likes.

    • @billiards0518
      @billiards0518 Рік тому +19

      Kenner is not a "little bod-dunk" town. It isn't "mafia run". And this isn't some small town in Louisiana. It's part of the greater metropolitan area of New Orleans (about 15 miles west of downtown New Orleans). And you'd be hard-pressed to figure out (over the 20-30 miles along I-10) where New Orleans ends, Metairie begins and ends, and where Kenner begins. Although the New Orleans area isn't "big" geographically compared to cities like LA, Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Chicago, or New York, it's a respectable size.
      That being said, every Kenner officer involved in this interaction displayed nothing but contempt for Sean. However, this is no different than the treatment he's received in places like Danbury, CT or even in Long Island. This is nothing more than public servants believing that they're public gods. Also, even though I know this will end up costing me money (because, I happen to live in Kenner), I hope Sean sues the ever-loving piss out of both the city and these P.O.S. cops personally. I remember Kenner police every step I take; literally. They shattered my heel, 25 years later I live in pain daily. KP stopped me for walking down the street and it escalated into 8 officers showing up. I was commiting the crime of Walking Without ID. While handcuffed, an officer smashed my foot with a baton because he thought I was going to run. It took 6 days for JP to pick me up from KPD and JP took me to the hospital. I live in pain everyday of my life. Be careful in Louisiana, they will hurt you!

    Edit. Livingston and i believe the jefferson parish courthouse will not allow you to even bring in your cellphone. You must leave it in your car.
