Hi Josh.. Aviatsa Honduras has two B737-200, they fly them between Tegucigalpa - Roatán, Bay Islands.

The Operators is Airfast..
But I don't know they flight it in comercial plane or charter flight
Hey Josh, I'm a subscriber all the way from Zimbabwe. The 737 could have been at the hanger under going maintenance. Sometimes it's used for other non-passenger flights when the 767 isn't available. There were 2 737s but the other is out of service, you'll find it behind the hangers where the A320 is parked also.

Great to see you both in Zimbabwe where I grew up. Flown that Air Zimbabwe 737-200 dozens of times in my life right from when I was a kid. Love that bird and hopefully you will get a chance to finally fly her soon 🛫
That Air Zimbabwe flight attendant was awesome. Such a warm and friendly personailty. Not stressed despite being the sole FA. If only all FAs could be like her. Great collab with Noel. You should consider doing more. Just not with Sam Chui please.

Josh you and Noel are my two favorite aviation vlogers. Different styles but both of you are very polite and respectful of the aviation crews, the hotel staff, and taxi and uber drivers no matter where you are. You can't teach class!

How is it you can get meals on Air Zimbabwe or Star Air's EMB145s, but I can barely get coffee on a similar United Express flight on the same type of aircraft?
I think you asked and answered your own question. Any answer you might get is simply answered…United Express! Though I’ll admit it could be substituted with virtually any American regional and many national carrier airlines.
We’re Americans, we evidently don’t deserve or warrant basic traditional airline service and America is the only country that cannot manage to survive in a industry that the rest of the world does.

Love how youre possibly going on this VERY special plane. Nice to see you two having fun too. The 145 still nice though, though not quite the same. Britannia 737-200s for me back in the day magic machines and those bucket reversers where you thought the aircraft was falling apart. And them taking you to find youre moby youd never get that at Heathrow....great times.
I miss Zimbabwe, I miss the lovely life we had. The beautiful climate, I miss the big houses in the suburbs with the glorious pool... Summer, the ice cream guy... I miss the beautiful wide streets of harare. The holidays. Such wonderful memories!!!!

I have been following you and Noel on UA-cam for years.... good to see you guys fly together..... hope you will get to fly the 737-200 eventually..... I flew Saudia's 737-200 once wayyy back in 1994 from Jeddah to Medina..... a classic plane even back then....

Ich finde deine Videos echt super und sehr Interessant. Deine Reisen bringen uns immer an Ziele die nicht immer die top Routen sind. In dieser Folge finde ich dass Noel auch da ist super, dass könntet ihr auch mal öfters machen. I flew in that 737 in 1994. I flew on the Zambia Airways one too and Air Tanzania. Amazing to see this that beauty is still around.

I used to love watching the thrust reversers on those as a child.
I also think the vertical stabiliser on the 200 looks better than all subsequent 737's.

Josh, I have been flying since 1945 -- I am 78 now. Your reviews bring back beautiful memories, as I looked more forward to the flights than the destinations. I remember the Convair 400 on Aeroperú and the DC-8 on Panagra, also the C-47 on LanChile. Your reviews are great. I'll go ti Patreon now..... Have you flown on COPA? Cheers from Panamá.

I flew on the 732 only once in 1993 as a 14-year old on a Britsh Airways flight from Gatwick to Aberdeen. It was one of a kind experience.
Great video, as always, I have news for you, there’s another 737-200 all passenger, flying in Honduras, she is dedicated to charter flights between the capital Tegucigalpa and the beautiful island of Roatan, operated by the airline AVIATSA. Her registration is HR-MRZ. Maybe yo can come here to visit her. Thank you for your amazing trips and videos.

This is on my list of things to do. That Zimbabwe hotel looks amazing btw (and the SA one not bad either.) I remember a hotel stay in Pretoria, South Africa which was also very lavish (despite being affordable.)
My very first aircraft flight was in a 737-200 in 1970 when they were very new and rather rare. It was with Braathens, who were one of the first 737 customers (they were the first 737-200 operators in Europe) who used them to replace their DC-6B aircraft. My flight was Gatwick to Oslo Fornebu. Good to see they are still flying even if a bit hard to actually find.
I flew it, it's worth the wait. Complete with hand painted exit markings on the wing. I think you and Noel will have to base yourself at HRE for a week and just turn up and if it is a 732 buy a ticket wherever it goes
You two are like a comedy team. You feed off of each other and it truly is funny. You can tell you are good friends. I enjoyed the video. Glad you got your phone back.

Ugh! I HATED the 737-200 (and all early 73’s)! Give me a smooth, quiet 727 any day. The early 73’s were loud, bumpy, nasty planes. 72’s & TriStars, the great planes from that time.
There will never be anything like the iconic 727, that was a very special plane, sports car of the skies, very fast and beautiful. Climbing the rear airstairs under the no. 2 engine, majestic. Got the chance to jumpseat on AeroSur into SRE, awesome. But unfortunately Iran Aseman was the last pax operator, ending 727 operations in 2018. Compared to that, 737 was always kind of an ordinary bus.
The collaboration between you two is fabulous. You both look a bit loosened up while with each other. One thing I like about you two is that you are always kind and make positive comments to crew members ( who are NOT an Olga!).. it was nice to see you guys interact, clearly you guys are friends. Do it again soon! I watch you both!

(But I really felt for him waking up that early. That was a huge problem here in Iceland 🇮🇸....you had to wake up at 4 o'clock to be at Keflavik airport at about 5 or 6. -Fortunately there are now also noon and evening flights - that was not always the case, back in the day)... 😩
Also; an Embraer 145 does not a (cool, old-style) Boeing 737, make !

Excellent video and the colaboration with Noel. I hope you can make a trip to Latin America and my country: Panama. It would be interesting a video onboard the Boeing 737 MAX of Copa Airlines. If you want to travel aboard an old MD80, the venezuelan airlines Laser and Venezolana use those old aircrafts in the route to PTY.
