How Ehlers Danlos Syndrome prepared me for a pandemic!

I believe having a chronic condition like EDS has well prepared me for this time on our world, a global pandemic! I have had little impact to my daily activities and experiences other than an increase in communication from others! It’s amazing! I wanted to share with you some thoughts I ran across on IG and believe these are appropriate for our current experience. Please remember to practice self-care and check on those you love and maybe even your neighbor!
Life is so unpredictable that most of the time we must choose joy rather than rely on our feelings and emotions. Thanks for joining me to have a conversation about the joys of life, self-care, and how EDS prepared me for this pandemic. I hope brightens your day and encourages you!
