    I usually just take creatine when im going to the gym a lot, but now I think I’m just going to take it all the time

      I used to do the same thing now I just take it every day. I had no idea creatine had so many benefits outside of improving exercise / athletic performance.

      It's basically tasteless. I normally mix in a smoothie but occasionally add to a 8oz bottled water. Shake and it easily dissolves.
