how to make easy slimming dessert

  • This dessert is very easy to make. Low calorie, low carb, no sugar recipe makes great dessert for any time.
    Ingredients:
    1. 400 g unsweetened apple sauce
    2. 19 g gelatine powder
    3. 4 tablespoons of your favourite sweetener ( i use monk fruit sweetener
    4. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
    Method:
    1. Line a baking pan 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 inch) with cling wrap.
    2. Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Place on stove on low heat (about 50 C), stirring constantly, until gelatine is dissolve. It takes about 2-3 minutes.
    3. Transfer mixture into bowl and beat with electric mixer for about 10-15 minutes. Pour into prepared baking pan and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Then cut into 9 squares.
