protein chocolate greek yogurt pudding

  • This super easy pudding can be done in 5 minutes. High protein, low sugar pudding great for any time to enjoy.
    Ingredients:
    1. 2 scoops (60 g) casein protein powder chocolate flavor
    2. 170 g (6 oz.) Greek yogurt
    3. 1 tablespoon sweetener (like erythritol)
    4. 1 tablespoon (5 g) cocoa powder
    5. 2 tablespoons (32 g) peanut butter (use PB2 (protein powder) chocolate flavor if you like cut calorie)
    6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    Method:
    1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender. If mixture too stiff add small amount of almond milk to make easy to blend all ingredients.
    2. Pour into serving glass and place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to set. Makes 1 serve.
