how to make PB2 coconut protein balls

  • This high protein, low calorie, no sugar, yummy snack is very easy to make.
    Ingredients:
    1. 30 g casein vanilla protein powder (or use rice protein powder, or LSA)
    2. 1/4 cup (30 g) shredded coconut (or use ground flaxseeds)
    3. 2 tablespoons (32 g) almond butter
    4. 1 cup (60 g) PB2
    5. 1/2 cup water
    6. 3 tablespoons sweetener of your choice
    7. extra shredded coconut for cover protein balls
    Method:
    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Make 10 balls with your hands. Roll in extra shredded coconut.
    2. Refrigerate for 60 minutes. Makes 8-10 balls.
