Hello When I had an abundance of tomatoes I would put them whole into a zip lock bag and put them in the freezer. The. You just take out what you need and cut an X on the bottom and under running water pull the skin right off then prepare however you want. It saved me from going crazy trying to process them all at one time. I’m not a big fan of gazpacho but I may try it again with this recipe. Thank you for sharing.
Lovely video! I related to so many things you mentioned: The soup sounds delicious!! I'm sorry about your moth problem (maybe try those sticky pheromone traps!). I thrifted a brown tweed skirt recently, inspired by your last video! I love the library lingo you used! Playing with moss seems relaxing. Keep us posted! I'm hoping to get back into sketching. This is a good reminder to reduce my expectations on the outcome, and it will be more fun. Hugs from Canada!
I enjoyed your video! I just happened upon your channel last week! I also watch Jennifer L Scott's videos but also another by Diane in Denmark! She always says" progress! Not Perfection"! That one phrase gave me much courage to just do a little of a task or try a new hobby without worrying about an end in sight! xo from the West Coast of Canada!
Ahhhh noooo, not the Fair Isle sweater!! 😔 how amazing that you have horse chestnuts 🌰 on your property! I have those same totes from Walmart. They are great for storing clothes- I use them to organize my kids clothes (3 boys make hand-me-downs!) and a couple for me. What a great tomato 🍅 crop!! I’m have never heard of that soup. Thank you for the idea! Recently on one of your videos, you were making a pork chop dish. Afterwards I went to my deep freezer and pulled out some pork chops and whipped up a recipe from scratch from things I had on hand. ❤you are so inspiring! I totally understand what you mean by getting tired of the summer clothes. I wore maxi skirts all summer long and now, even though it’s still hot in the midday, I don’t want to wear them anymore. I’m pulling out my “academic” things, the preppy things; my sweaters & pencil skirts and corduroy. My old wool plaid skirt is too small for since being postpartum so I found a similar one on Mercari for $13. Thank you for the “moss moment” reminder 🥹
The other day I got out my old art drawings from when I was a kid and it was the first time MY kids had ever seen my artwork. They were flipping through the drawings and it made me realize how much I miss drawing. I really only ever drew horses, or horses and landscapes, and suddenly I desired to just lose myself in creating a scene with wild horses running, without any expectations, and probably it wouldn’t be super great because I haven’t drawn in years but I suddenly found myself just wanting to escape to that creative place in my brain that has been untapped for so long, to play around with the wild horses in my head and let them run onto paper and colored pencils.
You are so welcome! I am glad you are finding the videos helpful. I just discovered Mercari myself. What a gold mine! I'm hoping to find a wool plaid skirt this season myself!
When is the last time you tried something new, just for fun, without putting any pressure or expectations on yourself?

I’ve heard bay leaves and cloves also deter moths. I would put the cloves in a sachet so they don’t stab your wool sweaters though.
Ooh i like that. Thanks 😊
