I don't use glyph of energy. I find it unnecessary as a combat rogue because you're spending energy as soon as you get it to advance your buff most of the time and pooling energy to burst is not necessary. I really like taking feint glyph because it allows so much more use from elusiveness. I don't use blind most of the time either unless my partner has dots because most of the time as combat I don't have dots anyway.
Your talking about the pvp armor perks... what your showing is the assasination spec for pvp armor... I have combat spec and it makes kick generate 3 CP and Killing spree last 1 extra second... did you link the wrong stuff at beginning?
You have listed the 4 piece gear bonus for combat rogues was redesigned to generate 5 combo points when using vanish...my set says it increases the duration of Killing Spree by 1 sec...nothing about using vanish and getting 5 combo points for it. Im new to rogues so am I missing something?
Brad Kell Log onto the game and use Vanish. You will generate 5 CP and your next Ambush, Sinister Strike, Revealing Strike, or Eviscerate will be a 100% guaranteed crit (look for buffs)

DFA's buff was to its spin before the jump into the air. Eviscerate itself was changed in how it scales with Cp but for DFA's it was only the spin portion that was bufffed. I didn't think you made that clear in your guide. You didn't say it but DFA did 22k (2 hits) which is like another Eviscerate. So DFA is spin (for Eviscerate damage) jump into the air for a 50% stronger Eviscerate, Nice!
Dalaran Gaming Just read the spell tool tip or the damage meter. DFA is an attack (the spin is DFA's attack) that performs an Eviscerate. Eviscerate was changed else where in the notes but DFA (the spin) was buffed. I can try to find a post for you but it will be very close to what you see in game already. The spin before the buff was a wet noodle now its the damage of an Eviscerate.
Dalaran Gaming Here read the forum opened just because others have figured this out. Anyways it was just an AoE buff. Even in your Vid, Eviscerate was 20k'ish and DFA's Eviscerate was 30k'ish that's a 50% increase but if DFA's Eviscerate was affected by the buff it should be 75% stronger, which it isn't because only its AoE portion was buffed. us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/15699467816
Dalaran Gaming Also don't get me wrong DFA is great. Red buff>Kindey>Spree>Vanish>DFA>M4D>Evis=GG. All within a 15s window. Red Buff DFA now is 50% spin Evis to a 100% Evis, lovely isn't it. :P
Dalaran Gaming And you miss spelled Enchant @ 1:27 and Versatility @ 1:46. I also think every piece of the Vanguards that has Mastery+Versatility is better than there counter-parts and our gear should be arranged for the most of those 2 stats since Versatility has 2 functions 1% damage and .5% damage reduction. It's like if Crit wasn't 50% diminished but did 200% damage and then reduced our damage taken after the Crit for 12s by half of the Crit damage we did. Having 2 functions on a stat especially damage and reduction to damage is really to good to pass up when it comes with our best stat for arena.
why you don't used Nightstalker (level 15 talent) who increase damage by 50% when you are stealthed with the 4 set bonus pvp it s seems to be a good combination no ? ps sorry for my english :)

I know that. I just wanted to say that Slice and dice is important too, to get more and faster engergy. About DFA I was trying to say that 30k of DFA is nothing compared to other classes like a critical MS from warris, or a crit obliberate from dks.

trenton smith Darkspear, Kel Thuzad, and Tich are pretty good places, though populated. If you want smaller servers then Kargath is good. (I think Stormreaver is still a decent pvp server, but its been a while)

Why do all guides insist on reading us all the talents? We can read, I just want to hear your theory behind choosing the talent you chose. Would cut your time down on your video from 13 minutes to like 8 prolly without cluttering all of our noob ass rogue wannabe's minds up with the descriptions of everything. I just want your theory as to why you chose your talent and why we should go with it. Clean, simple and easy for us rogues trying to learn what you're doing to become masters like you.

I said that its a good talent now, but Shadow Focus and Subterfuge are still better when it comes to competitive rating-based pvp in Arenas.

Andy Papadopoulos I recommend Dual Swords/Axes/Maces/Fists rather than having any Daggers at all.

40% attack speed is huge when 50% of your damage is passive (Auto attack, Main gauche, Poison, ect)
