    Thank you! I'm 11 days into experiencing Bell's Palsy, and Qigong, especially wood element corresponding practices, I believe are helping, in addition to face massage, steaming with peppermint tea, mainly drinking warm liquids, antinflammatory foods, rest, using facial palsy acupressure points, etc. But Qigong is seeming to be especially helpful and empowering. 🌬️🕊️

    Ahhh, delightful. There’s a beautiful big tree outside my window, just coming into leaf, and I felt such affinity with him, he seemed to reach out and envelop me. My limbs were trembling way more than his, though 😂 Another beautiful practice. Kamsahamnidah 🙏🏻

    Love these simple qi gong movements… I can’t seem to find the last 2 elements?
    I see water, metal & wood only…

    well that was just lovely, should we do all 5 elements on a daily basis, or do each one individually on a daily basis?

      All five daily is a great practice. See the vidoes or clearing and strengthening. If you feel drawn to one specifically you can focus there for some time. 🙏❤ I look forward to hear how it goes!
