    Nice stuff chad, wish I was there for your sale.
    The shipping can really getcha.
    I did find a nice guy keeping the RF fender i couldnt find before.
    Now im looking for the inner and the non a/c heater box, grill brackets and front of fender attaching bracket.
    Headlight bezel, etc.
    Keep your stuff buddy.
    Its like a candy store to me. You get good exposure with your video and your moral support partner.
    Priceless times for you.
    I would have loaded up a GMC and went, but i know your ford is good all around for a safe trip.
    Sorry you had to fix or repair daily.
    Cheers.

      @@C10TruckNerd do you ship?
      Your videos could display your wares.
      I saw your control arms and wondered what it would be to buy a set of lowers or just the right and ship to a western Washington postal code.
      The truck freight adds onto my parts in catalogs.

    Just invest in one of those really solid c20 round eye 70's model Chevy square body trucks and use it for trailer and hauling duty or i know of a c30 dually in Ohio its fixable and would be a neat rat rod trailer pulling truck its bed floor would need patched but 454!!!

    Chad , and indoor swap meet in March for 120.00 and two full days that's very reasonable and probably the only game in town ? I was thinking if you had and enclosed trailer. it would be easier for you to do swap meets and you would have a place to store your parts + you would have a trailer

    • @C10TruckNerd
      @C10TruckNerd  4 місяці тому +1

      It is tough to pass up being indoors! I like the trailer idea. It’s such a pain to store, load, price, load etc over and over.

    I, along with a group of friends and family have been doing the Big Butler Parts-A-Rama for about 35 or so years now. We don't do it to make a living, it's all all about relaxing with good friends, food, drinks and meeting new people every year. Car folks are great people, where else can you go that when the National Anthem plays everyone stops what they're doing and pays respect 🥲. If we make a few bucks that's icing on the cake! Our spaces just went up this year, $75.00 each, they did add another day to the event though.

    • @C10TruckNerd
      @C10TruckNerd  4 місяці тому

      That sounds like a great event! I truly enjoy shooting the breeze with everyone that stops by! It’s been great networking and I usually get several leads on trucks or parts when I’m there.

    I saw you were eyeing the 4 post lift. I am building a shop for myself specifically so I can have a lift and am leaning towards a 4 post lift also. I would be interested in your reasoning for a 4 post over a 2 post. I have never really spent much time other either, but think I would feel safer under a 4 post and it is not permanent in the spot you first place it. Thoughts?

    • @C10TruckNerd
      @C10TruckNerd  4 місяці тому

      I like the 4 post for the safety aspects. I’ll be working by myself most of the time. I’m also looking towards the future when maybe I can get on my hands and knees to line the arms up under the trucks. Driving onto to it seems pretty easy. The downfall is the added expense and suspension work. You will need an under mount jack to raise it up to get the wheels off the ground. I still think a 4 post is the way that I will go.
