I always preferred 503 green, but since buying the med green 70 k-10, I'm really liking the med green, maybe even more than the 503. Sadly, I'm probably gonna lose a lot of original paint chasing rust under the trim strips....but that's C-10 life. Thanks Doc! I was never disappointed with any of the greens GM put on these trucks from 67-72. That darn trim causes more havoc than it's worth sometimes. It holds all that dirt and debris on the backside and the cancer sets in. I hope you can save most of it. It's a great looking truck the way it sits. You guys stay safe and cool down there!
I found some good junque recently. But I bought some different junque that was better. It might be good if I can do it. Glad your Ford didn't break going to get parts for your C-10
I live in MN and I've used New Hampshire to title vehicles they dont require a title if its older just a bill of sale and they will issue a title then you just transfer it to your state.
Buy and sell , one mans junk is another mans treasure. In NC we have titles, not really sure about non titles vehicles but there is always an angle to get one, Thats some flat land you riding on !!
Its interesting how every state has different laws about titles. I learned early with these trucks to not throw parts away. As soon as you do, someone needs them.
That's tough. If you could get a rust free cab or one with minimal rust with a title for $1500, I would be happy. It's not uncommon to see cabs prepped and ready for paint for 4-5K. The new repop cabs are going for near 10-12K now. Its wild!

I gave it a good cleaning and guy bought it to cut down for his 68 GMC. I was happy to see it go to a good home. Truly, I was just happy to see it go! lol

Don't scrap the bed. Cut down to a short bed.
