This was a "trifecta" workout for me. First, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G workout and so challenging (in a good way); second, I know a lot of people prefer instructors to be silent, but in Daniel's case, I prefer his verbal instructions because his instructions are delivered in a manner that enhances your workout; and third, I said it before and I will say it again, "Def Lev"'s "I don't give a f$%k" just gets me even more pumped. Thanks for another fantastic workout, Daniel!!!

Kettlebells or dumbbells for functional training....?
What is functional training for you? If I’m a football player and you are a chess player the “functional” training will look way different 😅 both are resistance and for simple movements and more controlled and solid foundation I would say Dumbbell and for more dynamic I would say kettlebell
Im doing bodyweight training movements like push ups pull ups and doing sessions with bands as my resistance training...d
Im doing like splits like upper lower or chest triceps etc. im looking to upgrade my resistance game with weights to make it more challenging... so do you think kettlebell would be "better".?
