  • How to Make a Banana Grapefruit Smoothie
    In this video, I'm going to show you how to make a delicious and healthy banana grapefruit smoothie that can help you lose weight. This smoothie is made with simple, natural ingredients that are low in calories and high in vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. It's also very easy to make and takes only a few minutes.
    To make this smoothie, you will need:
    - 4 pieces of pink grapefruit
    - 2 medium bananas and sliced
    - 2 tablespoons condensed milk (Your choice)
    - 1 glass of orange milk
    - Ice
    - Blender
    Another recipe you should try as well,
    1/2 pink grapefruit, peeled, de-seeded and segmented
    1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
