Calling someone a paedophile is serious slander. I suggest thinking very carefully before repeating that behaviour. I didn't and don't want to fight you. You're lucky you didn't take your wish to fight me in the park further, because you would have been arrested and I would have pressed charges. Your behaviour is unacceptable. Any shame you feel from this video is entirely your own fault for behaving so badly in public.
Here's the update from the Met Police I got this week:
At court. Pleaded Guilty Fined £110, Costs £100, V/S £32, 6ppts
At Court. Pleaded guilty Fined £55.

Wow Mikey. Just wow. Of all your videos (and I've seen pretty much all of them over the years) this is one of the worst I've seen in terms of the offenders behaviour. Bad enough that he was on the phone to begin with but his whole attitude and behaviour thereafter was totally and wholly unacceptable. Plus he held up traffic for a considerable time by leaving his van unattended to argue with you and went through a red light thereafter!
I'm also very surprised he did not receive further punishment over and above the original phone offence considering his appalling threatening, aggressive and slanderous behaviour. And he is very much mistaken regarding your right to film in public. Citizens arrest / calling the police for filming in public? What is this guy smoking? What a total and utter scumbag. I hope he's out of work now.
I'm also very disappointed at the lack of support towards you from others around you, with at least one person siding with the offender...and yet seemingly not even knowing the circumstances! Just because white van boy tried to grab your bike doesn't automatically mean you're the guilty one here. I'm really disappointed with the lack of support around you.
Stay safe there Mikey, that was a particularly nasty one. And never forget you have many supporters that are fully behind you in what you do, even though it may not have seemed so in this video.
@Ib S......
Max respect to you for that post. My sentiments entirely and 💯% worthy of being pinned 👍
I sure I heard a horn go off when Mikey approached the guy I can't help feel the van behind was the culprit and the one who said he would be a false witness too, he is a bad as the idiot on phone
@@grahamnutt8958 Thank you very much Graham. I have nothing but great sympathy and support for Mikey in this particular instance and this was an especially nasty incident by someone who not only choose to break the rules of the road but also quite prepared to conduct the themselves in a highly agressive and threatening way when they are caught, not to mention block everyone elses progress for the sake of their own personal attack. Would they have acted that way if a police officer was around? I highly doubt it!
Anyhow, nice to see my original comment pinned but regrettable that this incident occured on the first place.
Hope you are staying safe there Graham.
@@Chris-pv2ht Yeah I heard that, was definitely trying to tip the van driver off
I'm sure I heard the cabbie say "always your fault"!
"Come on let's go in the park!" How could you refuse an offer like that from someone who's just called you a paedo!
Awww. Come on. He took his bag off *AND* his shades. He just wanted to have someone keep him company whilst he took a little jog around the park ;)
That's what I was thinking.......
Yes he said your looking at girls yep i am now moron.
Best response would have been to yell "no I won't have sex with you in the park!"
😂
I used to be a bus driver and was called a paedophile a couple of times. The last one was from a teenage girl who I refused travel on my bus because she was deliberately trying to evade payment of a fare. Bit odd really; when you get accused of being a paedophile, when they're the ones that insist on being in a confined space with you and you're the one that doesn't!
She thought you were attractive 🤣
@@alarmactionukalarmactionuk893 This girl who was about sixteen years old had travelled to that location on my bus a couple of hours before with a group of friends. They use to pull this stunt all the time. Fare evasion amongst teenagers was, and still is, a common practice. They grow up treating bus drivers with contempt.

I love how those criminals think they could threaten a lawful person with calling the police. They are dumb like a rock.
They are criminals after all
Yeah, in this situation I would be happy to have the police come! But you know they will never actually call them, its all talk, because they know they would be implicated with being the person not only in the wrong but also of threatening someone, assaulting someone, and of course using the phone while driving. Therefore Mikey knew he could rest assured that this guy was never going to call the police

How many have called the police on me? Well, it rhymes with Nero...
I was once slandered on social media when I photographed a van driver on the mobile phone then parked in a parent and child only parking with another adult in the van. He tried to claim I was photographing young children, which I wasn’t of cause and could prove it.
After I give all the evidence to the police, he eventually ended up in court, pleading not guilty to any offences.
He ended up with £100 & 6 points, plus £250 for harassment. I later took out a private prosecution for slander, claiming compensation, which I won. I was paid £10,000 compensation plus my court costs. In the end a total of nearly £16,000 plus whatever it cost him for his legal representation. Now I hope he will think twice about making false allegations in future.
Although not recommended, it is not an offence to take photos of children in public unless of course, they are of an indecent nature.
good job going through with everything to see another vile prick taught a lesson. considering the potential damage to your life those allegations of his could have caused, you deserve every pound you got from him.

What really annoys me, is the same driver and so called witness would be asking for the top ruling of a sentence if their family member was to be run down by a driver who was using a mobile phone while driving! @@michaeldeluca6331 Nobody has ever called me a racist either, but I have seen a few videos and comments where it's certainly questionable on the racism accusations. In fact, I've say this is much more common than other accusations. I should imagine that desperate, nasty people resort to such accusations to try and deflect the nature of their own particular wrong doing at the time. This is almost somewhat logical when considering the mentality of such people. Paedophiles and racists are held in extreme disdain to the public. They both could be considered reasoble excuses to attack someone, so nasty people will sometimes try and use such accusations to their advantage. Never underestimate the lengths desperate people will go to cover their shit.
@@michaeldeluca6331 This does happen. Recently, I saw some boys with rocks which they wanted to throw at a train which was about to depart. This is quite dangerous of course and totally unacceptable. 1) Should a child or shorter person cross in front of them they wouldn't even see them, and would likely then move off, running them over. Notice how WFN364 (google for videos) drives forwards whilst looking at his phone? This is common behaviour from phone drivers. Here's an example someone else caught where the driver almost takes out a pedestrian at a crossing:
twitter.com/phonekills/status/1491526464520560641?s=20
2) They are entirely unaware of filtering cyclists and motorcyclists. These drivers are often slow to react when the queue starts moving, and then when someone behind them beeps they drop the phone and hastily move off without even looking.
3) If you imagine these people only use their phones when queuing at the traffic lights, that's terribly naïve. The gardener in LM63BTZ was on the phone whilst driving along, and quite likely had been doing it for some considerable part of his journey. These phone users are constantly using their phones, but it's just much easier to catch them when they're in the queue.
4) Phone distraction lasts for a good time after you put the phone away. Even if you're only using the phone in each traffic queue at each junction (which is highly unlikely), then you're constantly topping up your mental distraction and are basically as disabled as a drunk driver.
5) Phone driving is worse than drink driving for distraction rates, and that's why it's part of the #Fatal4 behaviours that police target heavily.
6) Here's a police officer telling you that he has been on the scene for 3 fatal RTCs involving drivers who were stationary whilst using their phones, and then moved off and caused a collision: twitter.com/markandcharlie/status/1604073330751197184?s=20&t=uj8sgu7spu4cTyDqqqds2g
7) People who knowingly break minor driving law will likely also break more serious laws. Strong policing of minor traffic offences has a strong effect on reducing collisions resulting in killed and seriously injured people. It's good to police these phone drivers.
I'm really not interested in this nonsense of "it's not dangerous when stationary, because it clearly is and it's clearly still very appropriate to catch these drivers.
He’s doing a great justice and the people are risking the lives of others.
Guy rummaging around in his handbag for a phone he could never find… 😂
Roadman driving with his man bag sling😂
Plenty of people have said it here already but there was definitely a public order offence and common assault in there too.
Moron should be getting more than points on his licence and some lousy fines.
Well done for keeping your cool as always!
Just wondering, do you do the same for cyclists??
What camera do you use?
Sure, it's a GoPro Hero 9 black that I'm currently using. This was filmed on a GoPro Hero 7.
@@CyclingMikey Thanks for your quick reply 👍
"Dear oh dear, that was a dramatic one",🤭
Hoi joh! Grappig eh?
My god! ....He's poorly educated on people's right to film in public, and an all round nut job by the looks of it, let's hope he learnt something from this.... Probably not though!
I love how you trolled him haha. The police were a bit late 5:58 😂
Where the hell you from bro? Worst most irritating accent I’ve ever heard 😂
After watching several of these videos I can conclude that this is a complete waste of police time 90% of the time and that actually you should be stopped not only for causing a fuss in public but for your own safety. It is wrong to point cameras in people's face you are absolutely not the police or in any position of authority. I hate to be that guy but please just get a job and stop antagonising people.
I think I have a good 800 prosecutions for videos like this. Don't break the law and use your phone in traffic, and you won't get penalty points and a conviction. You have no right to privacy in public, fella. Nobody is being antagonised, and you have no right to get angry about being caught breaking the law.
