With regard to the fine, the only way I can figure it out is that he was charged with driving whilst using a mobile phone and was found guilty in his absence. That brings 6 points and a fine of half your weekly income but he hasnt given income details. In those circumstances the court must assume a weekly net income of £440, one half of which is £220, plus statutory victim surcharge minimum of £34 plus £100 prosecution costs (London Rate).
The whole time I was watching this I forgot to read the description, and I was saying out loud to the screen “pleeeease tell me this guy got nicked”. And thankfully he was. Mikey, you never disappoint, sir!
These guys are all the same; constantly and childishly insecure, very angry, very guilty, gesturing wildly and aggressively, shouting and unable to cop to any of that or their breaking of the law. They are their own worst enemy. Only when confronted with the police do they assume any contrition. They are called twits.
Fully appreciate your efforts over the years to stop people behaving dangerously on the road - and it's compelling viewing. So thank you. Quick question for you though: where do you stand on cycling on the pavement?
Very very true. Put the phone down when behind the wheel. I don't know how you feel about earpods. I use them when I'm on the bike. They have a transparancy setting on them which allows background, most importantly, the sound of the traffic to enter my ears as if I am not wearing them. I only use them when I'm going somewhere I'm unfamiliar with & need Google maps with speech to guide me getting there & home. I don't agree with headphones, earphones & earpods that don't have a transparancy feature built into them. You were right to pull him up. Keep up the great work Mikey.
I am not one to use my phone ever as a motorist, BUT IF I was ever caught by someone, I would just accept it, apologize and move on rather than carry on like a nutter! xD Good job Mikey!
Police do not divulge the punishment, merely confirm if further action has been taken. If no further action they dont make further contact with the complainant
He wouldn't be working/driving in London in a pick up, availabld on his phone 24/7 if he was rich. He'd be out cycling, at the gym, on the beach. This guy is somebodies bitch.
Love your videos I'm currently in tenerife on holiday and they keep me entertained by the pool, I see loads of people on their phone everyday and as a driving instructor, keep up the good work
I was in my cycling lane riding alongside cars moving slower. One was using the phone and slightly drifting into the cycle lane. As I pulled alongside I whacked my hand loudly on their roof. They jumped with fright so hard, I nearly fell off my bike laughing.
He stood there for a minute and the motorist was not even aware of his presence. That says everything. Pay attention to the part where two cyclists pass in front of his car.
Purfect.... Couldn't of happened to a nicer man... He will seeth every £... especially on insurance renewal day. I've seen him in the showers... it was extremely cold 😀😀😭😭😭😂😂😂
Where are the studies into the psychological effects of driving a motor vehicle? Even usually level headed people can turn into monsters when they get behind the wheel.
It is clear that red lights mean nothing to this guy, as he happily/angrily (?) thought nothing of crossing the line; on at least two occasions. He's very lucky that he wasn't penalized for those infractions too...! Add to that his failure to wear his seatbelt and his road raging, and he is lucky that his driving privileges were not curtailed owing to this little display of bad road manners...!
My fremdscham for him soon turned to fear for your safety when he was alongside you. Once you have the evidence get out of there don't make yourself vulnerable when there is no need.
Unsure how people grow up to think it's OK to behave like that. It's deeply concerning and seems almost commonplace these days. Some parents failed him.

Good skills anyway Mikey, another one hit where it hopefully hurts & now maybe thinks twice before using his phone in his wankmobile.
2:18 - Isn't it a bit hypocritical of you that 2 cyclists go through a junction that clearly has a red light for cyclists, yet you do nothing about that?
What’s he supposed to do? Bikes don’t have numberplates so he can’t send video evidence to the police. You also don’t need to pass a test or hold a license to ride a bike on the roads, so they can’t be sanctioned.
Glad you caught him out and he had justice served on him, but you also highlighted the fact that cyclists get away with crimes too much, look at those in the early video who you said can go before you....they jumped the red light
The point is that they get away with crimes because they aren't killing 1,800 people every year, and seriously injuring and maiming a further 27,000 every year in the UK. Cyclists are also more law abiding and more careful than drivers. I think I'll keep my very limited spare time for the most dangerous and most lawbreaking road users, which are almost always drivers: www.forbes.com/sites/carltonreid/2019/05/10/cyclists-break-far-fewer-road-rules-than-motorists-finds-new-video-study/

In those circumstances the court must assume a weekly net income of £440, one half of which is £220, plus statutory victim surcharge minimum of £34 plus £100 prosecution costs (London Rate).
so if you have a higher weekly income you are incentivised not to appear in court?
The whole time I was watching this I forgot to read the description, and I was saying out loud to the screen “pleeeease tell me this guy got nicked”. And thankfully he was. Mikey, you never disappoint, sir!
Always funny to see them react like that after getting caught doing something stupid. Just makes them look even more ridiculous.
He can't be rich if he hasn't paid his car tax since 20th Dec 2021.
Couldn’t afford to insure it after being given 6 points!
Watching these videos has given me a better understanding how there are accidents and deaths on our roads
These guys are all the same; constantly and childishly insecure, very angry, very guilty, gesturing wildly and aggressively, shouting and unable to cop to any of that or their breaking of the law. They are their own worst enemy. Only when confronted with the police do they assume any contrition. They are called twits.
No, they are called w@nkers!
Wrong vowel...
I bet he's one of those people who talks all the way through a movie aswell, and then asks everyone what it was about when it ends.
Apparently he’s still driving around the block telling anyone who will listen that he don’t care
On the phone and went through two red light only 6 points sounds like a good deal!!
Shame they didn’t fine him for not wearing a seat belt also…
It would seem he was quite bothered by this. Very revealing. Good work.
Scary.....and to think there's thousands like him on the roads...thanks mikey for your good work..
Poor result really, multiple traffic offenses and also threatens to assaults you yet gets done for just the mobile phone charge.
Fully appreciate your efforts over the years to stop people behaving dangerously on the road - and it's compelling viewing. So thank you. Quick question for you though: where do you stand on cycling on the pavement?
That's big talk from some one driving a Japanese workman's budget vehicle, how does he control the pedals with those large floppy shoes.
So it's ok for you to ride over a crossing point without looking left?
Very very true. Put the phone down when behind the wheel. I don't know how you feel about earpods. I use them when I'm on the bike. They have a transparancy setting on them which allows background, most importantly, the sound of the traffic to enter my ears as if I am not wearing them. I only use them when I'm going somewhere I'm unfamiliar with & need Google maps with speech to guide me getting there & home. I don't agree with headphones, earphones & earpods that don't have a transparancy feature built into them. You were right to pull him up. Keep up the great work Mikey.
Trying his best to intimidate you when he knows he’s got nothing to back it up with. Bye bye baby boy 😂
Wow ! His mouth`s going faster than his car after you give him a warning lol..
Multiple offences there Mikey.
King 🐓 Dong got off lightly.
I could say more but you know what the censors are like 🤔.
Cracking capture 👊👍
King Chicken Dong! Perfect. Very good.
I am not one to use my phone ever as a motorist, BUT IF I was ever caught by someone, I would just accept it, apologize and move on rather than carry on like a nutter! xD Good job Mikey!
A very angry man. Too angry to put his seat belt on. Surprised he didn't get done for that as well.
Police do not divulge the punishment, merely confirm if further action has been taken. If no further action they dont make further contact with the complainant
If he'd be really rich and had so much fun in life, like he wants to make you believe, he would have taken this easy and gentle.
He wouldn't be working/driving in London in a pick up, availabld on his phone 24/7 if he was rich.
He'd be out cycling, at the gym, on the beach. This guy is somebodies bitch.
Love your videos I'm currently in tenerife on holiday and they keep me entertained by the pool, I see loads of people on their phone everyday and as a driving instructor, keep up the good work
Good result as usual Mikey.
I was in my cycling lane riding alongside cars moving slower.
One was using the phone and slightly drifting into the cycle lane.
As I pulled alongside I whacked my hand loudly on their roof.
They jumped with fright so hard, I nearly fell off my bike laughing.
That guy clearly has no self control. Perhaps he's off his meds.
Roid-rage?
He stood there for a minute and the motorist was not even aware of his presence. That says everything. Pay attention to the part where two cyclists pass in front of his car.
Purfect.... Couldn't of happened to a nicer man... He will seeth every £... especially on insurance renewal day.
I've seen him in the showers... it was extremely cold 😀😀😭😭😭😂😂😂
What insurance? You don’t think he gets insurance do you?
Dis he really just say “I’ll just beat you up, how about that”…
Someone is clearly still living off their school reputation! Embarrassing
Where are the studies into the psychological effects of driving a motor vehicle? Even usually level headed people can turn into monsters when they get behind the wheel.
If don't leave me alone going to call the police lmao 😂😂😂
It is clear that red lights mean nothing to this guy, as he happily/angrily (?) thought nothing of crossing the line; on at least two occasions. He's very lucky that he wasn't penalized for those infractions too...! Add to that his failure to wear his seatbelt and his road raging, and he is lucky that his driving privileges were not curtailed owing to this little display of bad road manners...!
And the cyclist who went straight through all of them.
And thats the thing...if he endangered another cyclist he'd still be a gobby little scrote and try and blame them. We've all seen it before.
Epic work keep it up i wish there was more people like you out there
He probably looked at his map and saw that 3 inches is a mile!!?
My fremdscham for him soon turned to fear for your safety when he was alongside you. Once you have the evidence get out of there don't make yourself vulnerable when there is no need.
The guy was a big mouthed cowardly childish twit. Never be intimidated by one.
That was hilarious
Keep safe mikey
That's quite a rant for somebody that isn't bothered
Great job brother
Unsure how people grow up to think it's OK to behave like that. It's deeply concerning and seems almost commonplace these days. Some parents failed him.
LMAO means tested that is so cool, well done Mike another one bites the dust in the area that was filmed any position could be crossing the road with a pushchair a pram or a small child head down on his phone he got what he deserved big-time
Just checked, this car is now showing as no TAX or Insurance. I wonder if hes had accident and totalled the car. It wouldnt surprise me.
Means tested too?! Oh my, he's a high roller for sure. Anyone want to hazard it's maybe a leased vehicle & once he just scrapes the monthly payment he can only stick £10.00 of fuel in the tank.
Good skills anyway Mikey, another one hit where it hopefully hurts & now maybe thinks twice before using his phone in his wankmobile.
“I’m not bothered, and I’m going to drive around London all afternoon telling you just how not bothered I am”
Well the car doesn't look to be taxed anymore... potentially someone ended up with too many points on their licence.
Blimey that guy was persistent, just when you think he's gone away up he pops 😂
Looks like you got him rattled!
Never mind the fine, only 6 points for using his phone, not wearing his seatbelt, road rage, threatening behaviour and holding up traffic.
And as in some 60% of these occurrences - the driver is not wearing a seat belt......
Maybe he should try abusing the magistrate and sying he,s not scared of anyone or anything!...still 6 pts good start!
You diamond, oh my God that guy...what a pleb I hope he`s seen this video!
"I will beat you up" - Imagine risking going to jail for watching a WhatsApp video while driving.
