Let's do it all for today's last Project 291 Southern Illinois investment property road trip and update! Today I'll load up my KIOTI NS6010 hst cab tractor on a sunny day here in Southern Illinois and I'll cancel my plans of chisel discing and planting the new food plots! We just signed a sale contract on the Project 291 Southern Illinios investment property so I don't have to plant the new food plots. But I did leave my home made Chisel disc harrow over there and my Delta S3 drag harrow there as well in preparation for planting the food plots. yes sir, one more strategic move!! We still can't find a food fixed loan rate yet though so we'll have to stick with the arm for now until we can get a lower rate. Hopefully within 2 years or so the rates will drop some! Just a half or 3/4% would really help!
