I can't wait to see you guys, and race day will be a giggle 😄. We have had lots of new members due to your videos, which is amazing for the Millend RRC and the hobby .Keep up the good work chaps 👍
The Mill End Track is my 'local' off-road track, and the club is awesome! It's so much fun, none of us there take it seriously. I definitely don't, I ran a Clod Buster round the track about a week and a half ago, and it was terrible, bouncy and awful steering, but I had a total blast, if put a big smile on my face. The Clod has now had a chassis upgrade and it's waaaay better, albeit a lot more expensive. I also love running the Apache round as well as my Kyosho Ultima, both are a lot of fun. Sadly I can't make the Popalong GP this year as I'll be away on the lovely Isle of Bute, but hopefully I'll see you guys at the track soon. Keep up the good work!!!
Sounds great, really hoping I can get my Ultima ready in time to have a play around the track, the buggy is built just needs the motor soldering to the esc. It's the shell being painted in time I'm concerned about, I'd have to attempt that one myself for it to be ready, if I can I'll be there for sure.
Im in Japan for work for a few weeks and the scene here is huge. I brought a ton of Tamiya and other pats here so cheap and I got a Candy Green Grasshopper for 65 AUD just to reminisce my young days.
I'm a member of Millend RRC club, and I would recommend that you use a 2s as you will struggle to get round with 3s or more. But if you only them use them. As the guys said it's a fun place fun race. You will be giggling your way round the track as it's a fun class 😁

Last time I went I was told it was 2s only.so I ran 2s and my car was plenty fast enough.
But it really does need clarifying what the limit will be.
Why don't you guys go to the lakeland classic?
Good question, unfortunately we seem to always be working when it’s on, we must get there next time for sure!!
