Meal prepping french toast for the week? Genius! I find it labor intensive, but so worth it for four or five days worth! 💕

I am so glad you got the Bitchin Sauce. That is my favorite flavor, the Chipotle. Like George...My veg sushi wrap never look like it should. It is usually a cross between a taco and a burrito. It is good to hear that re-feeding days are important, especially when one works as hard as you. Your gains are apparent. Keep up the good work. You have no problem qualifying!

Loved the music in the video. Tell George he did a great job editing this. By the way, I ran low on Mocha Liv Body, so I made the coffee with half oatmeal and have German choc cake liv body. It was so good. You gotta try it. Thank you for all you do. My whole family loves your recipes. I am heading to the gym and then the store to get some ingredients for cookie dough :)

Botanically Building last year I ended my prep at 90 lol so I totally get it....We might get lower soon, depends on how I respond...I’m currently Halfway through prep🙌🏼😜

Wow Natalie you inspire me! A question, do you work in upper body and lower body on the same day? I just became vegan, and just started going to the gym. I have a lot of weight to lose.
NMJ Thank you! Right know I do both on the same day. However, I did a traditional upper/ lower body split for the past 4 years. I used to do (day 1) full Upper heavy, (day 2)full lower heavy, (day3) rest, (day4) back and shoulders, (day5) glutes, (day6) shoulders and arms, (day7) rest. Take it slow when starting out. When I started lifting I started just by doing 3 times per week. I slowly increased over the years to the point that I am today.
Hi, Natalie. Can you do (or direct me to) a video about how to do a high protein vegan diet without gluten or soy while still keeping carb count in mind. I know I can use my vegan protein powder, but I need help with normal meals. Thank you
Some recipes/meals that are gluten free and high protein are:
*Overnight oatmeal with chia seeds and peanut butter and blueberries
*Chia seed pudding
*Fruit smoothies with nut butters
.... since you’re soy free make sure to get enough protein from other sources such as black beans, pinto beans, lentils, and garbanzo beans. Prep them in bulk and use them in veggie burger recipes or eat them plain in salads.
EAT ALOT, being vegan means the food isn’t as calorie dense, so fuel yourself to avoid crashing... fruit, vegetables, healthy grains, nuts, seeds, and beans. Hope this helps you
have you tried lupin beans? they are higher in protein than soybeans at 40-45% of the calories in lupin beans being protein.
Gotta love George handling those muscle ups like a beast. 🐃 He should do Crossfit competitions someday. And Natalie showing off those powerful legs. Has she become stronger with deadlifts or squats recently ?? ... Shout out to that back double biceps 💪 pose too. 🙂 You both have sick back muscles . 🤟😎

your low mood may be connected to the "corona coaster". I can't see any of my clients because of lockdown and I still connect with them and everyone was very low as well. me too. The only way is through and any emotions only reach their peak for 90 seconds xx

Plants and Recreation I linked the bread in the description box. I get it on amazon. It works amazing for the French toast. It has a lot of protein so you will need to adjust the macros. Let me know how it goes. I love them, they’re super filling.

There’s only been one thing so far I haven’t like and it was that one piece swim suit the color is not me at all, I haven’t decided what I will do with it. If I get doubles of anything I usually do giveaways.
I have recently started weight training and seeing a personal trainer who gave me an eating plan. I'm having a hard meeting my calorie goals (always under) while eating clean whole foods. Do you have any suggestions to increase calories and not mess up my macros?
Brittney Hohenbrink Pick high calorie foods like rice, sprouted breads, dates, chickpea pasta, cream of rice, etc... these foods are higher in calories and lower in volume. Smoothie bowls are also a great way to get a lot of calories in.

why does omega3 get all the attention of fats? GLA is superior for inflammation reduction which happens to be an O-6.
how do you season the crumbles?
Mexican spices, adobo, bbqsauce, salsa, whatever I have in hand. They are super versatile. You can season them with your favorite condiments, spices, or sauces.

not much... I only have big plates atm... I was doing RDL at 165

Dang. Nat's meals always look so beautiful. Artist. She's a Good Artist. 😛 Training in the morning or day tends to be a thing more Women do. I have seen studies on it. Myself and lots of Men are more evening. After 7, the gyms are a real sausage party. Ha
I usually do late night/ evening trainings 😍. It’s the best thing!

You're still over 1500 calories...I GAIN on that. Losing .5#/week on 1100 calories. And I'm 50# overweight. I'm so discouraged. You have an amazing body ❤

That's not why I do these videos. I do these videos to inspire and to share my personal journey as a pro athlete. Everyone's journey is so different, and you should never compare yourself to others or to me. I can't even compare this prep to my first prep, because every-time, has been different.
Your journey is so special because it's yours, and you are taking steps to becoming a better you and that's AMAZING! I'm so proud of you. YOU GOT THIS!

Just found your channel, can i ask how long you've been vegan? Its a common response of meat eaters to attribute all the muscle body builders' gain to when they ate meat and just maintain as a vegan, which is ridiculous
Lb96 8 years vegan this year... I was vegetarian before that for 9 years. Meat free for over half my life...I’m 31 now
