A: I’m extremely grateful that you want to work with me. Unfortunately, at this time, I do not provide coaching services. If I was going to be responsible for the success of others, I would want my full attention to be devoted to them. Currently, I am extremely focused on my upcoming cookbook and my own goals and not in a position to dedicate that time to someone else’s journey. Maybe in the future.
Natalie, this was such an awesome format to see your athlete-coach relationship- it really makes all of your other videos come together with an understanding in the research and planning. Definitely would love to see more videos with you and Coach Paul 💪🏼!!!

He mentioned at some point that you initiated training with a shoulder injury which he was able to heal through training. I would like to know what is his take on Chiropractors and if he recommend them. I looked for info in his channel related to chiropractors but nothing came up. If you know of an specific video, can you provide me with the title to watch it?
This is such a great video and I see now why a coach is needed. I wonder if I should start training with him having my injuries or see a chiropractor first.

Good luck with the Shoulder injury. Is it fixable by surgery or so beyond and expensive it's like eh? My Right Bicep still hurts 8 months later so I feel you. Someone told me the other day to get a foam roller. "It'll help bro" but didn't say how.. Ha. Natalie and Morris doing that Pain & Gain life LITERALLY. 😂😭
Lol luckily I’m 99% better. I’ve feel good and I’ve been able to do pull ups and shoulder press. Both things I haven’t done since I got injured. Working with my physical therapists really helped get me back to normal. Take care of it!

why don't vegan bodybuilders promote lupin beans? they are the highest protein bean at 40-45% of their calories being from protein.
