    1) Arnold press (4x15 reps)(straight elbows)
    2) ez bar front raises (4x15 reps)
    3) standing barbell press ( 4 x 8-10 reps)
    4) superset (4 sets )
    i) side raises (10 reps)
    ii) bend over flys (10 reps)
    iii) up right rows (10 reps)
    Do above 3 exercise back to back.
    5) face pull ( 3x15-20 reps)
