This practice has been so helpful for me! Started it at 3 weeks post-op and have done it many times since! Thank you so much for creating this space for folks in recovery!
Thank you so much for posting this. I had a lumpectomy two weeks ago . I had regularly practiced yoga presurgery. This break for healing has been difficult as yoga was my tool for stress relief.
Thank you so much for sharing this. I am a few weeks out from a bilateral mastectomy with tissue expanders and this is the first yoga practice I’ve found that addressed my needs and current limitations. As an avid yoga student, I have felt so frustrated to have so many physical limitations currently & this just allowed me to stretch deeply, practice a bit of strength and let my mind be at peace for a moment. I can’t thank you enough.
I echo all the comments here. I am 3 weeks from DMX and this was my first attempt at getting back on the mat. It was absolutely perfect for where I am now. I'm in awe that you did this 8 days from your surgery! In the truest meaning of the word . . .namaste. The light in you is allowing the light in me to come bak.
Thank you, my darling one. I just had a mastectomy of my right breast on June 15. I begin chemo this month, in July. I loved seeing your smiling, inspirational, and radiant face. I have felt alone-- since I live alone, but especially during this time of COVID. However, this video helped me to feel more connected, which is a huge deal! G-d bless you, and all of us. xxoo
That was so very nice. I had a double mastectomy and this practice reminded me of the strength I still have. I have expanders in (due to COVID) and they are so painful.
I had bilateral mastectomy 10 months ago and this yoga is the only thing that helping ease the pain on my right side neck. The spasm on my right side chest is almost gone now too. Thank u soooooo much! Btw, you look great! ... just 8 days after bilateral mastectomy here in this video? Wow!!!
Thank you for this video. 2 weeks out of bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. Had some complications. This is the most helpful, normal thing I’ve done in a while and I feel so much better.
Thank you so much for this! This was the first yoga I've been able to comfortably do since my double mastectomy. You look great for only being a week out of surgery! I was a mess and could barely move after the first week!
Thank you. I am almost 3 weeks out from left mastectomy with reconstruction, this practice was great. I wish I had found it earlier. 😊 I hope you are doing well. Best wishes to you for your journey. 💝
Thank you for this video. I am 3 months after bilateral mastectomy and have not been able to move much. This gives me hope. Do you have any other videos?

I was fine until you had me squat ... then I fell over. Are you using the back wall for support?
Yes, please use a wall for support. :)
