    One week post op today! All though I’m not allowed to move my arms to the side due to tissue expanders (only forward), this was so heartwarming to be guided! Thank you!

    My port removal 10 months ago, from chemotherapy, is still bothering me. I looked for many yoga that will help me relax and most of them are just too hard on me but yours has really helped me relax. Your gentle voice gave a calming effect to my relaxation too. Thank you. 🙂

    Thank you so much for doing this. I look forward to doing class lately and recover mobility. The most important is that I feel great doing this…

    Thank you so much! Laura! ❤️ I had my mastectomy done 4 days ago, as an active person, it was killing me that I couldn’t do anything! Then I found you! ❤️ Love your energy! And I couldn’t help but look at your cat! Adorable! ❤️❤️❤️

    Hi! I was wondering, when you say "week 1", do you mean "the week immediately after your surgery" or "as of 1 week after surgery"?

    • @treeingyoga
      @treeingyoga  Рік тому +1

      Start one week after surgery!

      @@treeingyoga woops, i didn't see this comment in time... i don't think it was super clear to me in the way it was communicated and i did the week 1 video 4 days post op and the week 2 as of 1 week post op... I'm worried i stretched out my scars now... Anyway it's my fault for not waiting for an answer but just letting you know!

    Maybe the caregiver could just hold your legs up, because getting into a position that close to a wall when using your arms is very painful would be nearly impossible.
