Dear Mr. Corporal, I really like your videos. You have given me and my daddy lots of things that we try to do. You are better then my dad when it come to tying knots but we are learning together watching you. Thanks for your videos because now me and my dad spend more time doing stuff!
I'm a single father Raising a Son and I am also an assistant scoutmaster of my son's Troop. I enjoy watching your videos and using some of the content to help teach my Scouts Bushcraft and shelter building. Thank you keep up the good work
Be harder on your scouts than you think you need to be. My scoutmaster was a nice guy, but he put up with no bullshit and that let us learn all sorts of useful things. Also, when it's possible, push to let the rest of the troop participate in the eagle scout trips, I know not all troops do that, but having the opportunity to earn a spot with the big kids and do more serious stuff is a nice carrot to dangle, and the kids will surprise you and rise to the challenge more often than not.

@NicholasMadison. Your comment was heartwarming, especially the part about guiding your family. I think if more men were like you, we would have a better, stronger country. Best wishes for your future from a 70 years-old lady.

I always look forward to your builds when they come out, really makes my week. There are several reasons your builds are outstanding so I thought I would list them. 1. The precision and clean lines sets you far above most others. Thankyou for showing that handmade can be beautiful in addition to functional. 2. You always show a range of ideas and individual components that can be combined in multiple ways for any build someone wishes to create. 3. You keep it simple but highly effective with wonderful insight into why you use each part and how they are done.

Definitely a very informative way of camping with a makeshift shelter off the ground, I prefer off the ground, too many creepy crawlers. Hooks to keep gear off the ground and dry. Thank you for your efforts and creative thinking in producing these videos.
A "simple breakfast" like that really is a delicious meal for any time of the day. I so enjoy watching all of your different builds Shawn. Outstanding AF. 💯❤👍
All your builds I have seen to date are so very good. Amazing the hours you spend working on these shelters. Those old-time lanterns are my favorite. I like them more than the new Led solar lights. Each week I look forward to your videos. They are outstanding. I received my Corporal's corner Tee shirt and Pillow. Both are made with excellent workmanship and quality materials. Looking forward to more Bacon meals and great campsite builds. Corporals way

I'm retired and I watch a lot of videos, there's a bunch of people on you tube that should be subscribed to your channel. you're doing a great job, I've really learned a lot, THANKS
One day Builds are actually SMART. You are showing us how to set up a Satellite or Base Camp (more or less). A place we can stay for a while; a place that can be built with Minimal Materials in One Day. Simple Common Sense!
So I wanna say thanks for all your videos. They've been a great help to me over the last few days. On Wednesday January 12th my mom lost her two year fight with Cancer. To top it off I was diagnosed with Covid earlier today. So myself my wife and 4 of my kids are all stuck at home all tested positive for Covid. So an extra special thanks to you because you are absolutely helping me cope with MAJOR depression right now. Thank you!
Either that was a brand new skillet, or you scrubbed the ever lovin heck out of it at home. Nice and shiny Shawn. ;-) Enjoyed the video. Cheers from Winnipeg. (BTW, could you demonstrate the difference between the Arbor Knot and the Canadian Jam Knot. I'm seriously confused.)
it almost seems like someone at YT has a personal vendetta against you. I don't know what they are thinking. Your videos are well produced, informative and very innovative.
@@macarius8802 There is plenty of evidence that YT is highly political. This genre is likely viewed as potentially "right wing" which is assailed by the big techs. If that is their opinion, then one is left with trying to understand their antipathetical algorithm and somehow beat it. I don't see politics in CorporalAF's videos but I don't know anything about how YT algorithms work either.
Thank you Corporal for your time and knowledge. I'm 41 with 3 sons and a wife. My back broke in 2008 and haven't been able to lift more than 10 pounds since. We recently moved out into the country on 15 acres of mostly woods and I have been teaching my sons everything that you have taught me. I was loosing my sons to video games and videos of guys dressed as unicorns but now we are back together so from one father to another I thank you.
Corporal Kelly . Sorry that I’m just getting to watch this week’s video (I’ve been sick) but just letting you know that the suggested playlist you had/ where 7 out of the top ten . I really like this one in particular . I have lost 68 lbs in the last 18 months because I’m out there trying to do some if not all of your builds . They take me longer and I have to modify they to my physical abilities as I’m handicap . But you make them so that I can take your concept and work from there . Thank you very much for your service to this amazing country and for making these videos weekly.

Another good one corporal, keep em coming 💥👊🏻
Keep doing your thing! I'll keep watching!
Your channel means the world to me. You motivated me to continue to stay quit drinking (over 4 months now) and spend more time in the woods teaching my sons about bushcraft. And the whole family loves watching your menu choices. Thank you for the motivation!
Wooo Sunday!
G'day Shawn, Just wanted to say thanks for all the videos! Inspirational AF man - I'm a science teacher who also teaches Forest school in a primary school in the UK - so through me your inspiring many others too! I also go solo camping when I can and your vids are big inspiration / motivation for me and what I get up to :) Keep em' coming! Adam
Please keep the videos coming enjoy seeing them every week you never let us down with your new ideas
Keep the great content coming. Me and my 3 daughters watch every week. Planning our own trip to the woods soon. 💪🏽🇺🇸
I for sure thought you were gonna say the one piece of kit I always carry is BACON! Keep up the great work with the outstanding content!!!
Corporals way
Im going through a rough time in my life financially I watch your videos because they give me a little escape from life I can't wait for the next one and let my mind have a new adventure for a little while when im having a rough day I just watched a couple of your videos and they make me smile can't wait to see what you have coming out next hope you have a great day
Hey CorporalAF, I live my life vicariously through you brotha! I'm in a part of the country where I can't do what you do so stay motivated Marine! You da man! Ty!
The more this channel grows, the more I think about investing in stock of leading bank line manufactures. Great job, man!
"Cooking with Corporal" could have a subtitle: "Badassery with Bacon!" Seriously however , your videos are helping me resurrect things I did when I was active in a church program called "Cadets" (similar to Boy Scouts). So, many thanks for all you do...
Maybe my favorite thing are those lanterns! Man it just makes every build look that much cooler!
You are single handedly keeping the black string business afloat. Your shelters are always well secured.
My son loved that Boy Scout shelter. He really wants to make it and I think we will.
Thoroughly enjoy watching your channel and always hit like on every one of your videos. thanks man!
Crazy loyal fans posting comments 3mins in to a 30 minute video!! Nice!! Always excellent
Hey You Tube!!!! We need more of Corporals Corner! Now down and give me 25!
I am loving this shelter series, I am learning so much. Thank you!
We want clippers corner because we love his videos and she had a civil survive and with more person more than one person to survive as a group and teach you the right way and the wrong way to do things
Shawn thanks for throwing us a big meaty bone( Five Elements) You take the time to help out anther You-tuber while you fight with algorithm demon that is OUTSTANDING .
Another great video. I broke out my skillet and made campfire ham and eggs on my fire ring in the backyard. Camping vicariously thru you and your video. Checked out a couple videos on Five Elements, but prefer yours
I do the construction bag hammock as well but fill it with leaves. Makes it padded and insulated.
I think this is my favorite video. This is so cool! A lot of work, but definitely worth it. Thanks for all you do!
Thanks for the video!! We really appreciate all the hard work you do!
Alright cool 👍
Been waiting brother
Wow, the coffee beans are from Indonesia, greetings from Indonesia sir 👋
Since you're on the heartfelt Talking right now, I've been homeless 5 x since I Med boarded out the Corps, first time was for 5yrs, where I put alot of bushcraft to work, and as I lay here with a back that hates me, and missing the old Marine Corps life, etc. You've taken me back to some good'ns
I'm retired and I watch a lot of videos, there's a bunch of people on you tube that should be subscribed to your channel. you're doing a great job, I've really learned a lot, THANKS
🔥Fire intro! This is going to be a great one 🙌
Salute Corporal 🇺🇲🦅
One day Builds are actually SMART. You are showing us how to set up a Satellite or Base Camp (more or less). A place we can stay for a while; a place that can be built with Minimal Materials in One Day. Simple Common Sense!
Hey! I got notified early on!! Maybe YT is pulling it’s head out of its ass! Looks like a great episode Corp,
Seriously my brother you have a profound effect on people 🥰🥰🥰 and we love your videos. Keep doing what your doing 👌🤩
Nice elevated shelter! Do you find the 6 mil liners more comfortable to sleep on? Thanks for another great video.
it almost seems like someone at YT has a personal vendetta against you. I don't know what they are thinking. Your videos are well produced, informative and very innovative.
Yet I am suppressed
IT'S BC HE'S NOT A SOYBOY BETA MALE , LIKE OUR GLOBALIST LEFTWING GOVERNMENT WANTS EVERY WESTERN MAN TO BE💯💯
@@macarius8802 There is plenty of evidence that YT is highly political.
Thank you very much for your service to this amazing country and for making these videos weekly.
circulation is over now so it is good that you saw it
