It's not about losing weight but losing fat, losing weight doesn't mean you lose your fat, but it could be you lose your muscle mass and body fluids, you need to balance your protein intake, fiber, fat, carbs and sugar, basically you can eat anything but in a moderate way, learn abt macros in every food we eat, that way we can lose fat in a healthy way
Complete update: ✅ Day 1: 57.65kg ~ 127lbs - p/s: I didn’t exercise while I’m on this diet. ✅ Day 2: 57.10kg ~ 125.9lbs - I usually can loose 0.5kg ~ 1.1lbs in a day so this is a great start ✅ Day 3: 56.5kg ~ 124.6 lbs - wow I lost a little more than the first day!! I went through a whole day without feeling hungry. I had my last meal before 8pm and went to bed early so I wouldn’t crave for food. ✅ Day 4: 56.25kg ~ 124lb - i had to stay up late and ate some rice crackers 🤦♀️ ✅ Day 5: 55.8kg ~ 123lbs - the result is not quite close to my goal but at least i loose some weight yayy! Cons: I added 50 cals the day after the diet I gained back 0.10kg, very subtle but the weight will keep going up. So to maintain this you have to slowly add more calories in your diet and you must workout. I only recommend this for someone wants to quickly loose some weight for a special day and don’t mind gaining them back. ‼️I would literally loose 0.5 - 0.65 kg ~ 1.1- 1.4lbs everyday if I CONSISTENTLY workout for 2 hours (metabolic exercises and weight lifting) incorporate with reverse diet. By this way you will get a better shape and increase your metabolism. 📌Before: weight: 57.65kg ~ 127lbs, waist: 30.5in, hip: 33in 📌After: weight: 55.8 ~ 123lbs, waist: 28 1/2in, hip: 31 1/2in
@@G_made i’ve been doing HITT workouts every day incorporating with weight training and eating way more volume than this diet but with low calorie food, for example: replace rice with cauliflower, and take 1g of protein per kg of body weight per day to build muscle. My weight doesn’t change much but definitely see my abs now and my face got a little slimmer

@@G_made you got this!! to be honest when you get into weight training the scale doesn’t matter anymore, your body measurement is more accurate and plus you can eat a lot more without gaining weight because the more muscle you get the higher your metabolism will be. Highly recommend!

I think i because i am exercising i keep gaining muscles in this stage which is why my body is taking time to start to lose more weight even though new cloths sizes fit me ... hopefully i get over this stage

so, I did this for 5 days, and I think the results were worth it, I lost around 2,5kg. I changed it a _little bit_ bc I don't usually eat breakfast and didn't want to change that, also I tried exercising a little every day *I weighed in the morning *My height is 168cm *day 1 [64.15kgs]:* it went really well! I ate the meals just like in the video (except breakfast), and drank a sugar-free americano in the morning. Half-hour exercise. *day 2 [63.65kgs]:* I felt a little bit of a headache at night, but I've been studying a lot recently so I can't tell if it's the diet. Anyway, at dinner, I ate some blueberries instead of the apple half bc we didn't have apples and didn't eat breakfast too, just had my americano. Half-hour exercise again. *day 3 [62.60kg]:* started the day with my americano and at lunch replaced the banana with an apple. The other meal I ate like in the video. Also, I'm not as hungry as I was on the first/second day. Did my exercise for today! *day 4 [62.45kg]:* omg today was tough. An aunt gave me some of a dessert she made and I almost gave up, but I didn't! I ate two meals as usual and again I had to replace the fruits, I hate melons so I just ate one banana instead. Exercised and all so it's all done. Let's keep going! *day 5 [61.6kg]:* for breakfast I had my usual coffee, and for lunch I had what she had for breakfast. For dinner I ate the banana but replaced the milk with an energy drink cuz I ran outta milk lol, but it was only 11 calories, and I didn't finish it. And obviously exercised.

for the eggs that don't crack properly I suggest you to break the superficial crusty thing a liitle bit and put it in cold water just after they boiled. They will be cleaning up very easily

If anyone is finding this type of diet to be difficult, i recommend intermittent fasting, where you fast for certain amount of hours but no calorie restriction. Its very long lasting and its easy to incorporate to diet. It has helped me with my stomach problems too. I highly recommend it
so I did it for about 5 days and lost 4 lbs around 2kg. the first few days i wasn't extremally strict so it did take a bit longer for me to start loosing weight but overall I really liked this diet/ especially eating the oatmeal with bananas. I did make some moderations specifically towards the egg since I am vegetarian. i don't eat egg I will try this diet again for 7 days so ill update (Update) Overall i really liked this diet it is short term and if you don't stick to it you will gain the weight back it really helped as like a diet restart before i stuck to a good diet plan
You eating too less! A diet wont Keep the weight off forever you need to change your eating habits im general to maintain it in Long term. A 900 Kalorien diet will destroy your metabolism and then makes it even more difficullt to keep your body in shape . I recommend you to eat 1.700 kalories a Day high in protein and healthy fats and Workout 3 Times a week by doing less Cardio and more Lifting heavy weights at the gym
I started today with 63.9kg, I'm going to edit this comment everyday showing my progress Day 1: 63.2kg Day 2: 62.3kg Day 3: 62.2kg Day 4: 61.9kg Day 4: 61.4kg I lost a total of 2.5kg! But I had headache almost everyday, and was hungry all the time, next time I'm going to do this diet for only 3 days, I think it's already enough, since I didn't lose much weight from the 3rd day onwards.
It’s not good to be losing that much weight so quickly, and the reason why u were hungry was because you weren’t eating enough food, these types of diets may make u lose a bit of weight quickly but it’s not sustainable and u can lose weight without following super strict and low calorie diets like these

well it's not that the cake is bad either, u're not going to eat the whole cake; no food is bad, they r grouped into "good" or "bad" because they r not consumed in moderation.
@@skankhunt34 it depends on what you usually eat . For example I can't make myself eat just a cookie. I have to eat the whole box. Because is like a drug for me and I can't stop no matter what. For me moderation does not exist. And not because I don't want to but I just can't. That's why sometimes I binge and trust me is not like i am avoiding them and when I get them I eat the whole box. Is just the way I am. However when I stay away for not that good kind of sugar and eat only fruits ( no matter how many) ,I am perfectly fine . ( it gets time however to get to the point where my body doesn't ask for sugar though) So you consider it as you want as everybody else does of course. And is in a way 'bad' because it doesn't give you any nutrients. Only satisfaction for your brain . So even though everybody says ' there is no good or bad food' yes it is. Is the one who has nutrients and the one who is empty and only gives you satisfaction . My opinion. You do you :)

I don't think this is a bad result because weight went down anyways. I've reduced bloating and I appreciate that fact a lot~ also I didn't feel the hunger (dunno maybe my metabolism just d💀ed or what). I did cardio, yoga and took at least 10k steps each day. anyways this diet is pretty strict and unhealthy so I cannot recommend it to you. be careful and don't forget about self-love
losing weight on such a rapid speed will mostly be because of loss of water weight. The weight you carry from fat will be almost the same. Thats why taking a slow approach to dieting is better for your weight loss and your health. Have a blessed day
I'm currently following this diet, except that I replaced the eggs in some meals with other healthy source of protein and I have one (less than 100 kcal) snack. I'm also doing intermittent fasting 14/10 and drinking a lot of lemon water/ herbal tea while I'm fasting. I also love to exercise so I will keep it as part of this diet. Day 1: 65.5 kg (I went to the gym for an hour then did my daily cardio in the evening for 40 minutes) Day 2: 64.5 kg (I went to the gym+ evening cardio) Day 3: 64.2 kg
I would not recommend you to follow this diet. she eats a maximum of 900 kcal per day. If you want to lose weight somehow and do not exercise, eat 1200-1500 kcal per day. if you exercise, you should eat 1500-2000 kcal.

@@annaburiankova8178 last year i can say i only have 500 to 600 calories a day, i know its kind of unhealthy but the boiled eggs diet seems easy for me on that time till i able to lose 8 kg, glad that i did not gain weight much after take more carbs, from 58 to 50 kg, i would like to use that diet againmsince my target now is 47kg but somehow it seems harder for me now, only 600 calories really makes me hungry, dunno why i cant do this again

Please do not eat 900 kcals a day, that is VERY dangerous and unhealthy! Just look up your TDEE, and eat 10% to 15% below maintenance calories, and you will slowly but healthily lose weight. You should never be eating less then 1000 kcals, or even less then 1200 kcals, especially if exercise is involved which ideally it would be to keep your muscle's healthy. Please check out Natache Oceane her videos, as she has may where she explains how to healthily lose weight with scientific backing and how to not starve.

This is how you end up developing an ED. DONT DO THIS!! Just don’t!! Eat enough but healthy. Avoid drinking your calories, and eating besides your meals. It is better to have a healthy diet than restricting so much because at some point you will need to start eating more and you will see all the weight loss BACK! And double!!

I love it when people eat well because I can't do it, I'm not healthy so I lose weight very quickly even if I eat normal food, I used to be hungry and could not eat for days, it's not cool and I have health problems all the time but I try change
This isn't eating well though, and is harmful for your body. A diet like this is a crash diet that will just get rid of water weight, and if you continue for too long will end up getting rid of muscle mass as you aren't eating enough at all. If you want to gain weight, look up a TDEE calculator and try to eat 10-15% ABOVE your maintenace calories, and find calorie dense foods! Avocado for example has quite a high amount of calories as it is full of fat, and so do nuts, so eating avocado toast with roasted nuts would already adds a good amount of calories whilst also being actual healthy foods for your body, and hopeflly help you on your way to health weight gain. *day 2 [63.65kgs]:* I felt a little bit of a headache at night, but I've been studying a lot recently so I can't tell if it's the diet. Anyway, at dinner, I ate some blueberries instead of the apple half bc we didn't have apples and didn't eat breakfast too, just had my americano.
Half-hour exercise again.
*day 3 [62.60kg]:* started the day with my americano and at lunch replaced the banana with an apple. The other meal I ate like in the video. Also, I'm not as hungry as I was on the first/second day. Did my exercise for today!
*day 4 [62.45kg]:* omg today was tough. An aunt gave me some of a dessert she made and I almost gave up, but I didn't! I ate two meals as usual and again I had to replace the fruits, I hate melons so I just ate one banana instead. Exercised and all so it's all done. Let's keep going!
*day 5 [61.6kg]:* for breakfast I had my usual coffee, and for lunch I had what she had for breakfast. For dinner I ate the banana but replaced the milk with an energy drink cuz I ran outta milk lol, but it was only 11 calories, and I didn't finish it.
And obviously exercised.
Omg you stuck to it! If your still on that diet tho its not healthy, diets like these are just for short term, anyways I hope your doing okay :)

for the eggs that don't crack properly I suggest you to break the superficial crusty thing a liitle bit and put it in cold water just after they boiled. They will be cleaning up very easily

If anyone is finding this type of diet to be difficult, i recommend intermittent fasting, where you fast for certain amount of hours but no calorie restriction. Its very long lasting and its easy to incorporate to diet. It has helped me with my stomach problems too. I highly recommend it

i dont think this is a good healthy diet. very strict. i would not recommend yall . based on my experience
so I did it for about 5 days and lost 4 lbs around 2kg. the first few days i wasn't extremally strict so it did take a bit longer for me to start loosing weight but overall I really liked this diet/ especially eating the oatmeal with bananas. I did make some moderations specifically towards the egg since I am vegetarian. i don't eat egg I will try this diet again for 7 days so ill update

You eating too less! A diet wont Keep the weight off forever you need to change your eating habits im general to maintain it in Long term. A 900 Kalorien diet will destroy your metabolism and then makes it even more difficullt to keep your body in shape . I recommend you to eat 1.700 kalories a Day high in protein and healthy fats and Workout 3 Times a week by doing less Cardio and more Lifting heavy weights at the gym

I did 3 days egg diet, lost 2.5 kg. After started eating my normal(healthy) food got back that 2.5 kg in 3 days.

I lost a total of 2.5kg! But I had headache almost everyday, and was hungry all the time, next time I'm going to do this diet for only 3 days, I think it's already enough, since I didn't lose much weight from the 3rd day onwards.
It’s not good to be losing that much weight so quickly, and the reason why u were hungry was because you weren’t eating enough food, these types of diets may make u lose a bit of weight quickly but it’s not sustainable and u can lose weight without following super strict and low calorie diets like these
make sure to stay healthy and eat more than 1600!!!

well it's not that the cake is bad either, u're not going to eat the whole cake; no food is bad, they r grouped into "good" or "bad" because they r not consumed in moderation.
@@skankhunt34 it depends on what you usually eat . For example I can't make myself eat just a cookie. I have to eat the whole box. Because is like a drug for me and I can't stop no matter what. For me moderation does not exist. And not because I don't want to but I just can't. That's why sometimes I binge and trust me is not like i am avoiding them and when I get them I eat the whole box. Is just the way I am. However when I stay away for not that good kind of sugar and eat only fruits ( no matter how many) ,I am perfectly fine . ( it gets time however to get to the point where my body doesn't ask for sugar though)
So you consider it as you want as everybody else does of course.
And is in a way 'bad' because it doesn't give you any nutrients. Only satisfaction for your brain . So even though everybody says ' there is no good or bad food' yes it is. Is the one who has nutrients and the one who is empty and only gives you satisfaction .

Тренировки и любая физ нагрузка забирает очень много энергии, которую мы должны брать через еду, если вы будете "ничего" не есть, то только убьете свой организм. Лучше кушать хорошую, цельнозерновую еду и много тренироваться. Если вы по какой-либо причине не можете заниматься физ нагрузками, стоит попробовать интервальное голодание и НЕБОЛЬШОЙ ДЕФИЦИТ КАЛОРИЙ

done~ I've lost 2.1 kg during these five days. I don't think this is a bad result because weight went down anyways. anyways this diet is pretty strict and unhealthy so I cannot recommend it to you. be careful and don't forget about self-love

I'm currently following this diet, except that I replaced the eggs in some meals with other healthy source of protein and I have one (less than 100 kcal) snack. I'm also doing intermittent fasting 14/10 and drinking a lot of lemon water/ herbal tea while I'm fasting. I also love to exercise so I will keep it as part of this diet.
Day 1: 65.5 kg (I went to the gym for an hour then did my daily cardio in the evening for 40 minutes)

@@annaburiankova8178 last year i can say i only have 500 to 600 calories a day, i know its kind of unhealthy but the boiled eggs diet seems easy for me on that time till i able to lose 8 kg, glad that i did not gain weight much after take more carbs, from 58 to 50 kg, i would like to use that diet againmsince my target now is 47kg but somehow it seems harder for me now, only 600 calories really makes me hungry, dunno why i cant do this again
A small tip: if you put the boiled eggs in a bowl of ice water for 5-10 mins after boiling, you will easily peel the eggs 😀👍

are you trying to lose weight? because a diet with this amount of calories actually slows down metabolism and will lead to you to gain weight.
Please do not eat 900 kcals a day, that is VERY dangerous and unhealthy! Just look up your TDEE, and eat 10% to 15% below maintenance calories, and you will slowly but healthily lose weight. You should never be eating less then 1000 kcals, or even less then 1200 kcals, especially if exercise is involved which ideally it would be to keep your muscle's healthy. Please check out Natache Oceane her videos, as she has may where she explains how to healthily lose weight with scientific backing and how to not starve.

This is how you end up developing an ED. DONT DO THIS!! Just don’t!! Eat enough but healthy. Avoid drinking your calories, and eating besides your meals. It is better to have a healthy diet than restricting so much because at some point you will need to start eating more and you will see all the weight loss BACK! And double!!

I love it when people eat well because I can't do it, I'm not healthy so I lose weight very quickly even if I eat normal food, I used to be hungry and could not eat for days, it's not cool and I have health problems all the time but I try change
This isn't eating well though, and is harmful for your body. A diet like this is a crash diet that will just get rid of water weight, and if you continue for too long will end up getting rid of muscle mass as you aren't eating enough at all.
If you want to gain weight, look up a TDEE calculator and try to eat 10-15% ABOVE your maintenace calories, and find calorie dense foods! Avocado for example has quite a high amount of calories as it is full of fat, and so do nuts, so eating avocado toast with roasted nuts would already adds a good amount of calories whilst also being actual healthy foods for your body, and hopeflly help you on your way to health weight gain. I wish you luck!
