I felt like I want to throw up right away after saw her eating like that. I just can’t do this T.T
I'm a 30 yo female, my height is 1,63 cm and my starting weight was 72 kg. In December I did this diet for 2 weeks and I lost a total of 6 kg. Now I do it for 10 days each month, completing already my third time this year and I'm now in 60 kg. My goal weight is 53 kg. I must to say that this diet has been a great inspiration and motivation. I have not had the yo-yo effect. When I'm dieting, I add a chicken breast for lunch because personally, starving, fasting or other practices make my weight stuck. Everybody's body is different but starving is definetely not an option to loose weitght. Explore and discover what is best for you.
Did you lose weight from your belly too? I have belly faaaat and Im afraid I lose weight in all areas but not from my belly
Going trough some diet definetely helps you to losse inches from your whole body, however, belly fat is specially hard to loose and actually is the last thing that you loose. For that you need go trought cardio and lifting weight workouts. And of course, change the whole diet, because when I started to workout, my apetite increased tremendously.

Day 3 ✅: 62.4 really guys idk why my weight become more although I am playing exercise in every day for hour, I really so upset 😢

I'm starting this diet today!
Srarting weight: 60.0 kg (about 133-135 lbs I think)
Day 1: ✅ It wasn't that hard today, the most difficult task was to drink two liters of water (I usually drink really little), but I did it! I'm proud of myself.
Day 2: ✅ The second day is almost over (or at least that's what I'd like to believe), so I'm updating. Today was more challenging. I almost quit, but all the likes I got for that comment kept me motiveted. I really hope I will last for the whole week.
Day 3: ✅ Yay, the third day is over! Today was fine most of the time, because I didn't have much free time. The worst moment was when my whole family was eating a cake (it was my dad's birthday today) and I was just sitting there drinking water... But I got through it!
Day 4: ✅ It was, well, good. I went out with my friends. They ate, but I stayed strong and didn't eat. Three days left!
Day 5: ✅ Today was pretty tough. I went out with my friends (again) and we went to Mc Donalds and I wasn't eating anything again. Yay!
Day 6: ✅ As I expected, today was hard (mainly because it was Saturady, so I didn't have much to do). I just tried to kill time by watching waaaaay too many stupid videos on UA-cam. I did it though! Tomorrow's the last day!
Day 7: ✅ It was hard, but what kept me going was the thought that it's the last day. I'm sooo glad that I'm finishing it.
It would be nice if somebody liked that comment to motivate me, because I know it's gonna be hard!
End weight: 55,6 kg.
The results are amazing. I have to say that. I also feel a lot better about my body now. But remember not to do it for more than a week, because it can cause a malnutrition. I am so glad that it's over. It was really hard. And maybe, just maybe, I'll come back someday to do a second week of this diet. Also, if you have any questions about how I did this diet, feel free to ask in the replies!

Okay, since some people wanted to know if I gained the weight back. Well, my current weight is 56,1 kg so I gained exactly 0,5 kg. I don't think I'm going to gain more. I gained it mostly in the first two days. I tried to eat lightly and slowly more and more. Hope it helped!

Hi everyone it’s two years now and I want to tell everyone this works but you shouldn’t stop when you reach your goal cause you might got the weight back so after you lose 3-6kg you shouldn’t take break in the next day try to stabilize the weight by eating your calories maybe 1200cal or more or less ( read more about it) try not to eat all of it in the same time.
In this two years I’ve been reading a lot about the best diet i can do and I think losing 0.5 to 1kg in a week is good so don’t push your self so hard or you will get bored and stop caring about your weight and you will regret it in the next few days.
I now I talked so much but I want to tell you guys if you want to lose real weight and not just number try myfitnesspal thank you.

Listen guys, I know there are many comments saying to not try this... sadly they are very correct...I'm saying this as an ED survivor (I suffered from anorexia for almost a whole year) that trying this kind of extreme diets can be very harmful, they'll go more damage than good...if you want to loose weight, I recommend working out, I know it seems hard at first but it will get easier as you progress...
If you do these kinda of diets for a long term you can experience:
Low haemoglobin levels
Insomnia
Fainting due to weakness
Depression and stress
And eventually an eating disorder that may even take your life..
These types of videos can be very triggering for people with ed, eating disorders are a mental illness and for patients weightloss becomes a competition, if they see a person eating less, they'll eat lesser...
Unfortunately I can't really ask people to not post videos like this because UA-cam is a free platform..
But I ask the viewers not to spread it promote this.
Remember, weight doesn't define your worth, If you want to become healthy, take healthy measures...

True totally agree. I lost a lot of weight some time earlier cuz I was just too lazy to cook or go outside eat (probably just too tired those days). But I GAINED MORE once I'm back to my normal life style...
I think same, the korean and asian girl look beauty but idk why they need look so... skiny (? I exercise everyday morning, so after that additionally I drink whey. Breakfast I try to eat as late as possible, usually 12-1pm and dinner 4pm, so it's quite similar to Intermittent Fasting.

Вес 62.2 кг рост 168 16 лет пол женский
1день✅ - я питалась так как на видео, только вместо соевого молока у меня было овсяное, так как у нас не продают соевое, на поздний ужин в районе 22:00 я пила специальный диетический коктейль покупной, он из тыквы и моркови, пила 2 литра воды, было в принципе легко, хотя мне очень трудно давалось практически нечего не есть. Я не тренировалась, так как мне было плохо.) И так на утро мой вес составлял 61.1 кг Еше я пью жиросжигатель, но мне кажется от него нету пользы, пью 2 раза в день.
2день✅ - проснулась я поздновато, но позавтракала. Вполне хорошо провела время. Позавтракала в 13 дня, ужин был в 18:30, в 22 вечера выпила кисель что был и в первом дне, очень захотелось чего то и я попила овсяного молока.
2 литра воды выпила. Очень хотела чипсы, но срываться мне даже не хотелось, обычно когда я на диете, то я срываюсь на что то вкусное, а тут нет. Вообщем весь утром 61.1 жаль чтт ничего не изменилось. Я все также без тренировок.
3день✅ - все было как обычно позавтракала, поужинала и кисель. Вес стал 60.7, но почему то через часа 2 он стал прежним 61.1, хотя я ничего не ела и не пила. Сегодня я съела на 468 ккалх
4день✅ - я не спала до утра, позавтракала, вместо обычного овсяного молока я пила овсяношоколадное, решила не ужинать, просто выпить кисель на ночь. Сегодня пойду на стадион бегать. 59.8
5день✅ - 60.0
Было много соблазнов. В день я съедала по 652 ккал кроме 4дня. Норма девушек в день есть 2000-2200 ккал

Sorry but... thats just unhealty.. you are fine with 49Kg .. Imagine you get sick you won't be able to eat and will lose drastically weight and you probably will die not of the illness but of your little weight.

Day 5: 56.6 kg I could barely hang on today, starting to feel like a wilted flower 🥀 Decided to eat extra healthy calories. Veggie burger, peanut butter, and salmon packet 👌 ate about 700 calories total today
Day 6: Wow I did not realize how much will power it takes to finish this! I feel proud because I lost a total of 5 kgs this week, but I did not last until day 7… I will try again starting tomorrow ✌️

lady, be careful okay? these diets end up making you feel like crap if you eat a little more than normal and this ends up in an eating disorder... I speak from experience. the best and you balance and exercise. Trust me

Hey y’all, friendly reminder to eat a bit more if your body asks you to during this diet if you weigh more than her (I weigh ~70kg at 1,65m), because you can always work out after if you want to keep your body in calorie deficit in order to lose weight. I started this diet five days ago (still going) but I only just learned this lesson yesterday because I fainted in my bathroom. I only ate the banana and soy milk like in the video and then went for a swim to workout a bit, and when I came back and took a shower, due to the hot temperature of the water + starvation, I fainted. Obviously, a very dumb mistake that could’ve been easily avoided by eating a bit more since my body was asking me to. Today I included greek yogurt with granola in the morning and a bit of chicken for dinner along with the eggs and tomato. I already feel so much less lethargic and I can workout properly. After the week is over, I will turn to a regular more healthy diet plan. Stay safe!❤

@@wintsyyy thank you for your concern, yes I’m alright! Stopped the diet after the week ended and managed to lose 4 kgs! Now I’m eating like normal again (but healthy) and working out and I haven’t had anymore problems ^^

Half cauliflower cut into small pieces
Boil untill cooked
Fry with ghee or mustard oil add salt and pepper to taste
Boil two eggs and sprinkle a homemade spice
1teaspoon red chillie powder and salt
Also for fast benefits drink green tea, apple cider vinegar and bullet coffee

50kg is a pretty underweight for someone who is 167cm (BMI of 17.9, anything under 18.5 is underweight. You're not currently overweight with a BMI of 22, that's a nice weight for someone 167cm, but if you're unhappy you can lose weight and be fine, just not too much).
Being underweight can lead to health problems, such as osteoporosis (osteoporosis simply put is weak and easily breakable bones because of a lack of bone mass, this is not curable), anemia (a blood condition where your body doesn't have enough red blood cells, this can be life-threatening), increased risk of complications after surgery, infertility, a weakened immune system and more. Underweight people often feel tired because they aren't eating enough calories (this varies from person to person, 1200kcal isn't starvation for everyone and some people will become overweight/obese if they ate the generally recommend 2000kcal, in rarer cases they can become underweight eating 2000kcal, like if they're very tall or exercise considerably more than the average active person), and not to mention being underweight can also shorten your lifespan. A far healthier weight/goal for someone of 167cm is 54kg (BMI 19). A healthy amount of weight to lose in one week is 0.5kg-1kg, so _at least_ this loss should take you 2 months, but _it could easily take more_ than that. Stay safe, stay healthy.

If I were 168cm my goal weight would be 59kg, which is a healthy BMI of 20.9. The only way to lose weight is with a calorie deficit, so I'd recommend starting a completely honest food log, then once you have a good idea of your typical calorie consumption create a small and easy calorie deficit by reducing your daily calorie intake by 200kcal.
(168cm = 5'6, 75kg = 165lb, 59kg = 130lb.)

Be careful ok? I know it’s exciting seeing the numbers go down but it becomes addictive and tiresome. When the 2 weeks is up ease back into a “healthy diet” it doesn’t have to be lettuce and air. You can eat practically whatever you want as long as it’s under the amount of calories you burn in a day. For me 1,200 calories is perfect as I’m overweight but anything lower than this will cause hair loss, nausea and even an ED. Good luck and stay safe!

about a year ago i used to be 45kgs but over a few months i gained 20lbs as well! a few months ago i was 56kg, but I’ve gone down to 50kg. by the end of this month, i want to get to 43kg. im going to start this diet tomorrow.

I had a playlist saved with dozens of videos just like this one. I was so bent on looking like someone i wasn't, and eating in a way that isnt sustainable. For everyobe watching this video, please remember that when you eat less your body starts slowing ur metabolism down making it easier to gain weight in the long run! It will work for now, but i recommend intermittent fasting with a balanced diet of 1800-2000 calories. Please do not starve yourself ♥

i did something like this a year ago, and i gained some of my weight back when i started eating normally. balanced diet that will grow to a routine is the best. there is no starving, 3 meals a day and you’re still healthy. the weight and number on the scale is not always the case because everyone has different body shapes. as someone who works out around 30-40 min on regular days, i have realized that by working out i did lose some bit of weight, and i see the changes in my body, i gained muscle. to remind everyone muscles weight more than fat.
hope you are okay now, and i hope this is a lesson why you shouldn’t do this, or something similar.

I dont know how people can do this 😭 If you succeeded I really respect you! I tried it just for one day and my body gave out (I have gastric btw) I know this is not the healthiest way of losing weight but for those who want to shed fast bfr going on a long term diet maybe helps. Goodluck to anyone who is trying to do this! My only advice is bfr you start this diet try to cut down your meals slowly for a week first bfr going to this extreme.

Well done on the weight loss, but please don't keep going with this - try to eat a normal amount of healthy, nutritious and varied foods instead, your body will thank you for it in the long term.
