    I also learned that nicotine is an estrogen blocker, so smoking will literally block the estrogen you are in taking. That's just a really counter productive thing to do in transition.

      I don't know what the hell my message is saying I didn't even write none of this I've been smoking for 40 years or 30 years and I'm trying very hard to quit since I've been on HRT anxiety keeps that from being come possible but yet I am changing immensely and greatly I seem like I would be the poster child for estrogen my boobs hurt much worse than yesterday my ass is much bigger which I find very comfortable when I sit down usually my tailbone hits the ground first before my ass my skin has become much softer 3 days after the estrogen shot no smell of any kind in the same time bags under my eyes have completely disappeared almost no hair on body and today I've noticed I no longer have severe anger issues I went to a gas station today and got gas and was told I was a freak this would be considered for me walking road rage as for road rage back in the day I would chase the mother fucker down rip them out of the car and beat the shit out of this didn't bother me when she told me I was a freak I didn't get as mad as I usually would I don't like to go into public until my face completely changes book today for some reason I went out in full dress makeup and everything I feel great but the last two days have been severe bad luck there's a Facebook page for group for transgenders but Facebook has done something to involve gender agenda exposed into the same page as transgenders I have deleted my Facebook account

    Sometimes i feel like my mind has been tied in knots. Thinking about my gender dysphoria and going on the same train of thought as i always do when i question my whole identity and how people perceive me is exhausting, and always leaves me dejected. These videos have helped me see through the fog and put things into perspective. I am still unsure about coming out or the permanency of transitioning but i know that i take great relief in knowing that i can finally admit to myself certain truths about my gender identity, all thanks to your videos. Thank you so so much.

      The body has innate intelligence of the truth, the DNA, having been imprinted in the womb with our innate gender hormone, working to return us to the truth. My experience is that it especially becomes more apparent after age 50, bit by bit, as our Distance from the exogenous cross-hormone increases. That original in-womb imprint on our DNA lasts, even if we were injected in the womb with powerful testosterone. That feminine fat-distribution increases over time, while the imprint from the exogenous testosterone lessens. :)

      Albert Giesbrecht yes about 3 years ago I felt like I noticed my breast growing they took me for a mammogram and said that there's nothing there I believe that's a crock of shit cuz like you said we know our bodies it's the same with this problem having now Wright told the doctor urologist that I have a large lump on one of my testicles and both testicles are extremely painful if males if you are males or whoever I may be talking to has ever been kicked in the nuts this is the pain I go through 10 times a day right now neurologist takes a look says he can't find anything I asked why I'm in so much pain he says he doesn't know that was a month ago stupid freaking doctors seem to know more than the client or patient

      May I offer that the ovaries can have pain during puberty, just like the breasts. Also, I have been finding that the exogenous testosterone of earlier life has created inflammatory effects in my ovaries, causing pain. The two aren't compatible.

    MTF here. When you say no smoking, do you only mean tobacco or does that extend to weed? Because I've smoked weed for 10 years. My endocrinologist suggested I switch to edibles when I had my consultation with her. I've tried pot brownies and cookies before but didn't feel shit from them. I wonder how many people realize why the feminine padding is added to the tush, that it's to protect the outward spinal curve of the female tailbone, that in turn makes pelvic room for childbirth. When that padding isn't there and she falls on her tailbone, that outward curve of the spinal tailbone could be badly injured without padding. More and more, I'm coming to understand and deeply appreciate the reasons for the design differences, whether it's the browridge protecting the eyes of the Man, or his very wide feet giving him better balance along with his wider stance and gait. The activities of testosterone require different protection than the activities that estrogen is uniquely gifted for, from the Man's heavy thick bones even to his fingers, to the thickness and strength of his nails that protect his active fingers. Even his deep fingertip ridges give him great grip in picking things up. His eyes are wider set giving him wider peripheral vision with which to protect his family, even the bridge of his nose is stronger, wider and thicker for better protection. The woman's fingertips/ ridges are smooth, fine and sensitive, with thinner skin and nails, allowing her tenderness to feel the needs of her little, vulnerable ones. She is uniquely gifted with an eye for detail and the drive to nurture and encourage, self-sacrificing and attentive, making for well loved children, instead of neglected ones. Not narcissistic, pushy, selfish or belligerent, she (estrogen without T) is kind, caring, gentle, peaceable, patient and helpful, cooperative and tending towards quietness, unassuming in her nature. Their different giftings make a perfectly matched team that doesn't know conflict, because she, estrogen, has no drive for power and with his leadership skills, with his wide-angle of view,, he sees the overarching needs of his family's lives, and tends them, leading and protecting them.. Together, both the big picture and the small details are covered, with everyone's needs met. There's a reason why each design is as it was, and these innate hormones touch (and create) them all. It gives beautiful meaning to being " fearfully (awe-inspired) and wonderfully made". 💕

      It's so awesome, seriously. I never felt more gifted by love to be what I am. Grateful tears leak with appreciation as I write this. Both innate genders are seriously special, and I am really appreciating the original design-work that comes to us from Love. I sure am feeling the love!

      You know, if you hadn't made the change, as you got older, eventually you would have likely needed to start using a cushion to sit on, due to an unpadded tailbone. ~ Think about it, the male spine is straightly vertical, not curved, so the tailbone doesn't flare out; it's not at the same risk, or of discomfort in sitting on a hard surface. Because a female padded tush has the curved tailbone well-cushioned, she can sit on a hard surface comfortably too.

    This is the only uninformed part of the video, but excess estrogen does NOT convert into testosterone. This process only exists for excess testosterone into estrogen. And it doesn't even really "convert" into estrogen, excess testosterone just causes a feedback loop causing testosterone to be low, which means the estrogen which is in ALL males causes some light feminization because there is less testosterone which counteracts estrogen. The reverse is NOT true for excess estrogen. You do reach a point of diminishing returns with excess estrogen where more is not useful, but the reason why you mostly cannot take a lot is because of blood clotting and circulation issues.

    • @Nyonics
      @Nyonics 7 років тому +3

      Every chemical reaction, including enzyme catalyzed ones, can go forwards and backwards. That means that in the case of the enzyme aromatase, you can convert testosterone into estradiol, or estradiol into testosterone. Likewise, androstenedione can be converted into estrone, and estrone can be converted into androstenedione. Statistical mechanics says it is possible. Le chatelier's principle says it is possible. The equilibrium constant and the law of mass action say it is possible. Why is it supposedly not possible?

    in regards to carcinogens, is there anything else that contains them other than cigarettes/cigars and various illegal drugs?

    • @Nyonics
      @Nyonics 7 років тому

      Yeah, damn near everything. A carcinogen is anything that reacts with DNA. Ethanol is a good example, and cigarettes have over 4,000 different chemicals in them, some of which are definitely carcinogens. But really carcinogens are more or less unavoidable, you just want to try to minimize your exposure. You have means of repairing the damage like she mentioned--as an example, the protein p53 (mutated in over 90% of all cancers IIRC). P53 proofreads your DNA based on one of the two strands and finds any errors in the opposite strand, cuts them out, and fixes them with the appropriate nitrogenous base. It is a vital protein to make, partly because the error rate for copying DNA is so high that without p53 you'd be guaranteed to have mutations every single time your cells divide--the error rate is something like 10^-8 errors per base pair (and with over 20,000 genes, each composed of hundreds to thousands of base pairs that is a pretty high rate). P53 being functional lowers the error rate down to like 10^-10 errors per base pair (100 times fewer errors).
      There's no way you can take a hypochondriac approach and avoid all carcinogens, because even exposure to sunlight causes DNA mutations (thymine dimerization and 6,4-photoproducts), but you can definitely stop drinking, smoking anything, using illegal drugs, and try to maintain good nutrition for your cellular health: get enough protein, get enough antioxidants, get enough vitamin C for collagen synthesis, drink enough water, eat enough leafy greens for their folic acid content (necessary for DNA synthesis that happens during cell division), minimize trans fats and non-dairy saturated fats...
      Also please remember that all steroid hormones (e.g. testosteron or estrogen) are growth hormones. Growth hormones make your body grow. This does not cause cancer, but if you happen to have developed cancer somewhere in your body that you don't know about, growth hormones may enable that cancer to grow significantly faster, since cancer is still your body and it can still use growth hormones (if it expresses the appropriate receptor for said hormones).

      We need to understand that having been under the influence of both testosterone and estrogen, they will both be " feel-able". Each has had influence on our DNA, " imprinting" it, one by nature in the womb (what we biologically are), and the opposite hormone imposed by our parents. The imposed testosterone has made us feel butch and masculine, while the estrogen we had in the womb, still has influence on us. The truth is still there, the body was male or female in the womb before our parents assigned us crosswise to that.

If you have already gotten bottom surgery, then you will be able to stop taking blockers, but you will still need to take estrogen, as you will have lost your only source of testosterone and don't have a natural source of estrogen. You'll effectively be in a worse situation than a cis-woman who has hit menopause as far as hormone production goes. Also, the question is about testosterone, not estrogen. :/

    My mam thinks my dad "turned me trans" like whaAt? Because he wanted me to have boy and girl toys / hobbies growing up LOOK I'm sorry I stopped being your Disney princess 24/7 at six and became a Tomboy because that's how I felt more comfortable but like you let me wear guy things and be fine with it and I'm happy you did /are still doing but I hate this "it's no problem if your Trans BUT" it could be something else instead huh? Like depression cos I have that TOO, its not like a package deal hun..............
    sorry just needed to rant ever just wish you could say these things instead of pretending nothing happened and going back into the closest like 👉😐👉...
    Anyone?

      Can you send me an email? staff@thetransitionchannel.org I need some specifics about where you are. I will help you but I don't want to have these specific details available to others on this public forum.

      +Charlie Chiskei i have found going through your primary doctor may be advisable. for as much as it may seem scary , should your doctor wind up being difficult , than that would be good to know before transitioning....
