If it makes you feel any better, I could not care less about what you do with your hair. Probably because this is a MUSIC channel and it isn’t a hair styling channel. Now if your start using guitars that are hairy, we may have a problem.
Something that might help with your anxiety is CBD. It's like marijuana without the psychoactive effects. So no munchies, drowsiness, and loss of ambition or motivation. The most effective way of taking it is in a tincture and you would want to find full spectrum CBD, a few drops last all day. You can also smoke it, eat it and vape it. These are less effective. If you would want to vape it you have to find high milligram dosage like 500 mgs, but this wont last all day. I would also suggest a separate tank or rda for it. I think you should really look into CBD if anxiety is a big problem for you.
On the subject of weed. As a man who has suffers with huge anxiety since the age of 8 i found weed solved my problems at the age of around 13. Continued to smoke A LOT up until around 23 when i stopped for my other half. My life went to shit within a year. Now i suffer from agoraphobia and the panic attacks are back. I cannot stress how much cannabis helped me and i regret giving it up!

On the other hand, I know a few people who like to smoke and sit on a couch all day and not do shit. I think it's really just a maturity thing. You can control yourself fine when you're high (unless you're new to smoking then you may be a little sloppy). If you want to be productive, you will be. If you want to be a couch potato, then you will be.

If weed is legal in your state, look for a dispensary that sells CBD Oil. If not, your doctor can give you a card for medical marijuana shops (if you've been diagnosed). Jared, you should try CBD oil. THC is the part in weed that makes you feel high. CBD is the part in weed that relaxes your nervous system. If weed is legal in your state, look for a dispensary that sells CBD Oil. If not, your doctor can give you a card for medical marijuana shops (if you've been diagnosed). Also if you take 99% CBD and 1% THC the CBS can be a bit stronger. Cheers.
