The only way you can grow it back is shave your hair. Yes shave at least two to three times and have a proper diet. Trust me it works. My hair grew back normal but pledge never to dye or use chemicals on it ever! Shaving helps but it depends on you if you choose the look. I did it while on covid lockdowns.

My stylist freaking FRIED my hair. She didn’t tell me; sent me out of the salon with wet hair loaded with ‘an expensive mask’ like she was doing me a favor. My hair literally was like angel hair pasta. Stretchy and rubbery and just mush. I literally took her a bag full of my hair. She still didn’t acknowledge she fried my hair. It was so disappointing as I have had such strong healthy hair. Letting it grow out and trimming as I can.

Few tips...instead of bleach use a Hi Lift color. Use pure oils...jojoba, argan, avocado oils 100% organic no silicones. Reduce heat styling...use rollers instead of heat. Deep condition hair once a week. Use lukewarm water to shampoo. Shampoo the correct way...gently massage the scalp focusing on the scalp area and don’t manipulate the midshaft/ends just let the shampoo rinse through it gently. Think of baby hair and how beautiful and healthy it is. The less stuff you do to your hair the more shiny silky and healthy it will be. Bottom line...Don’t abuse it or you will lose it!

I used to get highlights every month, wash my hair every day and dry and style it every day. I couldn't grow my hair at all, my bangs never grew past the tip of my nose. I started lightening every few months, stopped using straighteners, only dry my hair with a hair dryer when I have to go out for an event, only wash it every 3 to 4 days. I couldn't believe the results. My hair grew so much ❤

Sometimes you can even wear two at a time. Many can be colored. Tape extensions are the safest if you are looking for leave in. Love being a blonde hated that dried out fried scarecrow hair I used to have. For years I used to fight against my natural curls and blow dry and flat iron them 😢. Until 2 years ago.......................Today I’m no longer blow drying from wet to completely dry the minute I step out of the shower. Today I let my hair air dry until it’s about. 70-80% dry. I have kicked that flat iron out to the curb and finally embraced my natural curls. My hair has grown so long and I haven’t a concern about damaging my hair with bleach any longer.

The 514 kids the good thing is that it will grow again. If your hair is falling you may want to have a look at your diet and general health and buy a supplement for hair and nails. Make sure you take the supplement every day for at least 2 months.
Treat your hair like you would something precious. Speak to a stylist about which shampoo and conditioner is best for your hair (Kerastase is great). Let it dry naturally. Buy a silk pillowcase to sleep on.
Once your hair is back in tip-top condition you can go back to using drugstore shampoos. Hope this helps :)

i just wanted to second on the hair trimming thing bc it was the thing that helped me grow a good 12-inches within a year, esp when i was "stuck" at medium length (aka 6-inches/year). my sisters & friends thought it was dumb that i was trimming my hair when i was growing it out, but truly! it helps! because breakage will either just eventually break-off & damage the end of your cuticle, or it'll just continuously split over time (even when you're "healing" hair. you just have to except that you can't put split ends together lol). when you cut it off, you're essentially uniformly "closing" the cuticle so it can "grow" properly. the way i think of it is that every strand is essentially its own plant & split ends are the unnecessary thorns absorbing nutrients thats preventing a stem to grow to its full potential. you don't need to cut it at the root, but you need to trim the thorn in order for the strand to grow to the length its meant to be.

    • @ChristelleChakbazof

      How often did u trim?

    • @redv.402
      @redv.402 2 роки тому +1

@@ChristelleChakbazof honestly i did a "big" trim at a salon (like an inch!) every month for the first three months (bc you'll miss some split ends/you don't know how deep the split ends are), then i eventually waited every 3-6 months (it depended on if i was getting a bleaching because if i was, then i'd schedule a trim two weeks after; then if i wasn't, i'd just leave my hair alone) for another salon trim. but in the meantime, i just kept a pair of sheers near me and (this part is annoying but i swear it made the biggest difference w/o sacrificing length) whenever i see a split end, i'd just cut it off myself (like just where the base of the split is). i went from a level 1 to platinum, so you can imagine the damage was BAD. if you're taking care of your hair as well, sometimes my split ends wouldn't be brittle so i couldn't tell that they were actually split ends until i chopped it off; but my hair actually grew a lot that year i started trimming because your hair wants to grow! but it won't if damage is constantly happening to it. i stopped bleaching the following year as well, and funny enough, after all that trimming, my hair still grew at the new rate (12in/year). my stylist was even surprised how long my virgin hair was when we bleached again after a year & half break lol

I was doing the same and I stopped bleaching and began to dye with high lift color. I use HLV-N from ION with a mix of 30 and 40 vol developer or just 40 vol and I add to the developer the Olaplex to protect the hair from damaging also tone it after the dye with Wella T18 toner and my hair look amazing not only is light like a bleach would lighten but is soft and manageable. It doesn't break my ends stay healthy until I trim them every 3 months. I do not use flat iron only use rollers and then a dobby to straighten it or blow dry it straight after it dries with the rollers once a month or so. My hair looks better than ever. And I began to wash my hair every 7 days. All without any supplements. After a yr of healthy hair and has grown so much I began a supplement regiment.

@@alexandriamangano5418 I spent a fortune on no's 4 (shampoo), 5 (conditioner) and 6 (reparative) olaplex for my highlighted hair and now my hair is much drier and breaking which it has never EVER done before! I have excellent hair products generally, so after a few days of this tinder dry hair I used my usual really great moisturizing shampoo and then I applied an extremely hydrating hair masque for 3 hours, wrapping my hair with plastic wrap. My hair is still dry dry dry. I will NEVER use olaplex again.
I do believe though, that if you bought no.3, that it works best with no.0. I really hope you have better luck with olaplex than I have. I have no idea why it did this to my hair when I followed the instructions to a T. Extremely disappointing.

@@ksc743 update lol! Thanks so much for your response!!
I bought number 3 and 0 but the process is a little confusing to me :/ 0 can only be left on for 10 min but then you’re supposed to apply no 3 after and that could be up to 1 hr and 30 min. It doesn’t specify to rinse 0 off. And my results were just mediocre for spending that much on such little bottles :/ I wish they had a little bit more detailed instructions for 0 and 3, so many users say such different things. Some people leave 3 on all NIGHT and get great results, and some say DONT do that?! I’ll have to research Olaplex more!
The other day tho I tried no 3 all by it self and I was pretty pleased. I left it on for 1 hour at 30 min shampooed and conditioned with purology “hydrate”and WOW, these were the results I thought I was going to have using no 0 and 3 the first time.
My hair is so much smoother and and vibrant. The ends look so much healthier too! I still need a trim but I also purchased 6 and 7 and so far so good!
Number 7 is so SMALL I literally laughed at it when I opened it, wasn’t expecting that at all! And it has dimethicone as its first ingredient which is usually something I try to avoid. Not a fan of silicones. I feel like it Gave me a false sense that “my hair” was healthy. So I’m not 100% sure but it did leave my hair and my curls more defined, less frizzy and smooth/silky! I hope this helps :)

Honestly if you have damaged blonde hair getting a keratin will save your hair! I would 100% invest in it before deciding on chopping off all ur hair or buying expensive products. Keratin treatment does it all! The keratin protein fills in the missing protein from bleaching and also helps the cuticle regain strength. My hair has a managed to keep growing and staying healthy by incorpating keratin treatments right after my bleaching sessions!

@@maleficentmistressofevil4709 hey I use them in oil forms. You can buy peppermint and rosemary essential oils in most pharmacies or online. I get mine from "Doterra".
I put a couple drops into my shampoo, shake to evenly mix throughout the bottle. When shampooing, lather and massage into scalp for a few minutes. The massaging will increase blood flow, promoting healthy roots and the oils will help rejuvenate nerves tissue in the scalp, allowing hair growth.
I don't follow this process strictly just twice weekly and I have a couple days of breaks from no oils (so my hair doesn't get used to it and it stops working). You could also use these oils doing the " inversion method" for hair growth. good luck x
