Yo Ryan I’ve followed you back in the very beginning and learned so much. I got the courage to start my own company but in Home Inspections in south Texas! Just want to say your an awesome owner/operator and I appreciate the great work you put in. You got a good group of guys and you treat them so well. Not gonna lie, you don’t often see bosses out in the field sweating/working with their crew. Much respect, if I were in Milwaukee I’d gladly work for you.

@@Bacalup Its an old moniker. Back then jobs fell into two categories. White collar and blue collar. White collar jobs as you can imagine are clean type of jobs ie financial, office work behind a desk, etc. Guys who wear suites or dress shirts and won't get dirty. Blue collar are trade type jobs that are more hands on. Think of laborers, tradesmem, mechanics in their unirform/smocks, construction workers, etc. Type of work that is dirty, and you won't ever see someone wearing a white collard shirt.
I know Darrel is a long-time employee! but MAN !!! is he lazy !!! I'm a strong believer, there is always something to do !!
