Today we show you how to make our Potatoes n Zuchinni w/ Butternut Squash ~ Air Fryer ~ Yum
Oh yea. I know some of you don't seem to like me using the air fryer.... but my health needs it....

Ingredients
1 lb Butternut Squash
1 lb yellow potatoes small ones about 12 of them
1/4 White onions chopped
1 Zucchini chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon each of Salt , Pepper and Paprika or to your taste
2 Jalapeno's
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
Prepare as shown :)

Had butternut squash voluntarily sprout from seeds a few years. I was giving them away by the bag, big ums. The bride made some fantastic soup. Yes Sir!

Tom, that was a great combination, air fryer or not! I think about getting these new cooking contraptions but never get around to it. It usually takes me years of deliberation before I make a decision on anything. But, I'm happy with my cast iron skillet. None-the-less, I love seeing what everyone is cooking in their Air Fryers!
