This is incredible. I can think of tons of uses for this . Hog hunting, varmint e.t.c. just to name a few . I could have used this for checking on cows at night in labor without disturbing them , when we were in the dairy business. Great video Adam , many thanks .
For the price this company has it going on. They have a dedicated thermal scope too that I saw a while back, but it was a review from someone I didn’t know if I can trust them. Looks like a buyer for me. Looking forward to more video on this one.
@WHOTEEWHO come down to Florida I'll get you some hogs at night or possibly a bobcat. 6 of my regular sows just gave birth first week of January so I got about 10-15 hogs and 30+ piglets running around. I run night vision on my 22-250s to pick a certain one out but thermal works great too
The TNC225R is $2300 here in Australia. I've been hassling the stores on the TNC335R for months now and even this week there's still no word from the supplier on when Australia will get it. Stop promoting it so that we can get some down here. Love ya work mate.
The DNT was my first dive into civilian thermals and after having it a few months now it’s awesome! It takes some getting used to the buttons at night or with gloves but having the ability to switch between thermal and IR with a single button press…worth it 100% for the price. It’s run great on everything from .17hmr to 6.5cdmr so far.
I have 2 of these, love’em!! You’re right about putting one on your 300 blackout - I have a DNT225 on my subsonic 300 BO, lobs 190 gr subX’s out to 300 yds very accurately. Biggest improvement needed is a remote switch for the rangefinder so you don’t have to take your hand off the hand guard.
I have my TNC225R ballistics calculations set for a CZ American bolt rifle.17HMR. An AR15 5.56 20-inch CHF barrel, and AR15 in 7.62x39 16-inch barrel. There are 5 variables available.
At the beginning you are in NIGHT MODE/Night Vision. You can tell by the black and white picture, plus if you look to the left of the 5.0X you see the brightness indicator of the IR light being used.
Hey Who-tee, can we even use those here in TN? As I read and understand it YES, BUT NOT between Sunset and Sunrise when using Firearms or Archery equipment...which to me seems more a NO? Can't even have them in possession? Say mounted on riffle and walking in before daylight, as I do. I don't need Thermal for daylight lol Just wondering, I could be misunderstanding TWRA. Still thinking about get one...as I hunt other states that might allow them...I need to figure that out now. Thanks for any info you may have on this subject.

Don't forget it has a built in Range finder tied to a ballistic calculator that will adjust you reticle or give you hold over.

It would be great for checking on cows at night. It would be great for making sure they did not have any unwanted visitors too.

It would be sweet to get a nighttime hog hunt video with this!
Be awesome

Hey, WTW. What would be the best budget rifle in 270 Winchester?

Your interpretation is correct. There is a new allowance if mounted on a shotgun
@@WHOTEEWHOwould there be enough eye relief for a shotgun? From the looks my initial thought would be no. I have been mistaken before though.
@@davidtolbert6204 plenty of eye relief
Yeah I have the TNC225
